Great customer service

Difficult location. We weren’t told that it was impossible to drive to until I asked. On line it said it had parking, did not.

Comfortable & charming, with an exceptionally helpful staff.

My key as difficult to use and didnt work well/smoothly.

B&B was centrally located. Admintrative staff were helpful and friendly. There was an enormous Water Heater in the bathroom, never seen anything llike it this size before, making a LOUD Humming noise, was very disturbing to say the least.

The location was perfect, near major sites and in a fun, lively neighborhood. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast- on a lovely terrace - was very, very good. Our room was comfortable as well. Not a criticism , but just be aware that the place seems quite modest at first. Don’t be fooled. It’s wonderful.

great stay

The standards of the property are almost better than those of a hotel: very clean, well maintained, and comfortable and the garden/terrace in front of our room was our dog’s surprise ?.Breakfast is great for the quality and selection. Andrea is extremely prepared and genuinely customer-oriented. He welcomed us with a city map and great suggestions, which allowed us to see and experience a lot despite our short stay. Highly recommended. Nothing

Colorado couple in mid 70s, Location was perfect - for everything, the main part of town, the amazing Opera House, the Cathedral and Palace and the whacky wonderful street market. The local supermarket was only 2 blocks away. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Region is a trip back in time. Breakfast was moderately extensive for a B&B. Fresco's on the ceiling and a piano. Fanni and the staff were excellent. Impressive and attentive. Good source of information regarding restaurants. The Sicilian Puppet Show was 35 min of true fun - near the Palace and Cathedral - both also good, but not great. The Opera House is great. Performance was impressive - as expected. Not enough time there - only 3 nights.

Fanny and her staff are wonderful, very friendly. They gave us directions on a map they provided and recommendations for places to eat at or visit. There was even a dog "welcome gift" with a toy, bowl, poop bags, etc. Very sweet. The room was large with very high ceilings. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items. The inner courtyard was a comfy place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Location is a bit sketchy and very noisy. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast and breakfast area were both fabulous, the staff were warm, friendly, and skilled. There’s a good restaurant just down the street (Lumia) and one of the big three markets around the corner. It was a little off the beaten track, but the back streets there did feel safe and it was convenient enough between Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti.

The apartment in this B&B was HUGE, and the terrace had a fantastic view. Fanny was such a great hostess and even took the time to draw out a map for us with some of her favorite recommendations for the city. The breakfast was great, and was a true, "Full" breakfast, where you could order eggs your way. Many Italian breakfasts are simply croissants and coffee, so the breakfast really exceeded our expectations. There was nothing I didn't like!
