Everything was just perfect, including host too. He was available all the time for every kind of help. Apartment was comfortable and tidy.

Amazing host who had provided precise info about how to reach the property from the airport and also welcomed us for explaining everything in English about the room. The room was great with a lot of space, a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. There is also a small balcony from both sides overlooking a small piazza. There are around 20 steps to reach the 1st floor with 3 rooms. There is also a common kitchen for the 3 rooms, which is well equipped with free coffee pods and a coffee machine, tea and some biscuits. In nearby distance there is a fish market and restaurant and there are plenty of cafeterias and nice bistros or bars nearby. The biggest issue was the external noise, but this cannot be controlled by the property. Every night we could hear motorbikes with custom exhausts, metal banging (maybe from nearby shops) or even some pumps and glass bottles being disposed of. Also the internet was slow. The breakfast was not an issue that was served at a cafeteria 300 meters away, but it was basic and we were hungry after 30 minutes, as it was including just a coffee, a bottle of water and one pastry.. The towels weren't changed in 3 nights, although they were supposed to be changed every 2 days.

Location very good, in the area behind of Massimo theatre, right in the famous Capo Market, so you can check your first objective right away, the street food of Palermo. Coffee and pastry offered with street vibe at Cafe Verdi13, loved it. Room was clean, friendly host. I went to Cefalu 1 day, by train. And to Monreale by bus, don't miss that amazing cathedral they have! Very noisy due to the market Il Capo and lots of garbage left on the streets daily after the market closes. This cannot be changed, just accepted as part of the vacation in that area.

Very friendly hosts, perfect location, big room & comfortable bed, shower with great water pressure; kitchen with snacks, juice and coffee. some noise on the street during the night, but we slept like dead anyway :)

ideally located to discover the whole town. breakfast is well organized by Davide's mother a bit noisy early in tbe morning; from 4.30am, with the pasticceria and the fish market. some bycicles are turning around also no international network on tbe TV

Location was great. Right in the heart of Capo. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was good.

Super location near all of the main attractions and street market, large bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean (service every day), air conditioning very welcome in the summer. WiFi was a bit temperamental but worked in the end.

Good location. Close to everything. There is breakfast. Clean room just like pictures. Oh it was very loud from the market. And in the afternoon the room was STINKY from all the trash. You can’t open windows or turn AC, it gets worse ?

Large room in a very good location in Palermo Centro Storico, close to everything. Nice bars and restaurants all around. Underground parking nearby. Everything was clean, the bathroom was fine and there was a small balcony where you can watch the market life on the street in the morning. Good coffee machine in the kitchen for self service and typical Italian breakfast with fresh fruit and yummy pastries. Only minor things: Wifi was a bit slow (used my home connection instead). Also, had to withdraw money to pay in cash. The street is very noisy both in the evening and early in the morning when they collect waste (around 4.50 am), but on the second night we didn't really notice. Would definitely recommend this place - excellent value for money.

Perfect location just above Mercato del Capo for those who want real Palermo experience. Very close to many historic attractions. Clean and comfortable. Davide was great host and you could ask him for any advice.

The breakfast was fine, I would not normally have sweet cakes for breakfast but the fruit and toast balanced it out.

We enjoyed our stay and the nearby market. Room comfortable and well presented.
