The whole accommodation is super cute! The Checkin instructions were clear and easy. The communication with the host Marieluisa was a pleasure - even if we haven't seen each other, it felt like we did, because she was so caring and friendly during my stay!! ☀️ The position point of the accommodation is in the heart of Palermo. You can discover and reach everything in walking distance. Everything in the house was super clean and tidy! I had a cosy and comfortable room with a nice view on the little square in front of the house. In the middle of the square is a little kiosk where you can have a nice coffee / fresh orange juice in the morning or a Aperol Spritz during the day. :) I felt immediately like home and will definitely come back! Thank you Marieluisa for a wonderful stay and your kind hospitality!

It's on a walking distance from the historical center. The photos are accurate. Marialuisa is a very nice host. She was so attentive. Thanks to all the recommended places ❤️

Perfect walking distances, great location to enjoy a city trip

The property is very well located…you could reach every destination easily and is close to the most popular area of Palermo. I liked everything and especially Marialuisa the owner. Property is quite excellent!

Close to main streets and the Cathedral and room big enough for two with big luggage. Everything was ok, if i have to say something probably was the private external bathroom was too little and the flat was in the last floor of the building with no elevator

Great balcony overlooking Piazza Beati Paoli. Good location - very central. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Fast WiFi. Room was nicely decorated with warm, cozy lighting . Beautiful wooden ceiling Bathroom was very narrow- had to step around toilet to get in shower. Needed to sit sideways on toilet to keep seat from sliding and to make legs fit between toilet and wall. Bedsheets were worn and scratchy. Stovetop kept not working after each time that it was used due to humidity? So we couldn’t make coffee one morning. The hosts tried to fix it though and did their best. staircase is very narrow and on 4th floor without elevator.

Exceptional

The place is situated near all the main places in Palermo, and the apartment was clean and organized. The host was always available to give information about the city and to make sure I was having a nice stay. .

The location was great and the owner was very helpful The apartment was on the top floor, accessible by a very narrow staircase. The noise outside made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep, with recycling bins directly downstairs being emptied at 1:30 AM daily. Additionally, the cars and motorcycles outside were extremely noisy.

Exceptional

Very cute BnB, well located next to cato market and near main streets! Large size room. Four flights of stairs up to the BnB! This is normal in Italy but just something to note. No lift/elevator.

Amazing location, close to Palermo cathedral, restaurants and others many attractions. Bathroom was too small and the building staircase too narrow

Situated in the center of the old town, very friendly hosts.

Central location, proximity of places of interest, two markets Bit noisy late evening from refuse collection, but with balcony doors closed and bathroom window open correct.

It was a lovely welcoming place. The owners are very sweet. We felt at home.

Good location without noise. Very friendly and helpful host. She helped me a lot about car parking, managing ZTL pass and so on. Beautiful and cozy apartment. Narrow and long stairs. But host helped ??

The location was amazing. There was a little cafe in the square below to get cappuccino and spritzers. There was a grocery store in the square and the outdoor market was very close by. There was also a little shop that sold sandwiches and cookies very nexpensively. We had the whole apartment to ourselves which was wonderful! The balconies were a plus ! All the sites were within walking distance! The proprietor was responsive and nice. The B and B is not for the fragile, faint of heart or anyone in bad physical shape, as it is located on the top floor of a 4th floor walk up. This limited my desire to pop outside several times a day and I planned my outings around how often I would need to climb those steps. I am 62 and a little out of shape !! I stayed for 6 nights and needed a few extra towels!

Thank you so much Marialuisa and Francesca for welcoming us in this beautiful cosy home! It was very central but off from the big touristy street with a balcony looking out into a lovely square. It was clean, comfortable, with super soft bed, and really made us feel like a local in Palermo which was our dream for our holiday. I should say, to reach the flat you have to climb up some narrow and steep stair which wasn't a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, keep that in mind. I especially would like to emphasise our host Marialuisa's kindness, on top of organising flexible check in and check out, when there was a storm, she messaged us to warn us in advance which I found so sweet. Even on the super rainy day we liked staying in because it felt cosy, the balconies were nice to hang out on. There was a fridge, stove available, bathroom was clean, and plenty of kitchen appliances at hand. Grazie mille!:)

I loved the decor and all the wall paintings and chair. It was fully equipped for cooking or making breakfast. My room was nice and big. And the location is awesome. Walking distance to all the attractions . The only thing was disappointing was the long stairway to the top. And I wasn't informed if I could've used the kitchen to cook breakfast. I missed out on tbat
