The location was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just perfect for getting going on the rest of my day and a nice way to meet other visitors to Palermo.

Location is great, if you are planning to visit the old city. Everything is within walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Entering the property first time could be difficult, since there is no 'reception'. You need to contact the owner by phone to get the keys and enter. Finding a parking spot on the streets or in the piazza area could be difficult.

Bed was very soft for our comfort. Towels were old and ragged. Host took very long to reply to questions and we never met him/her. However, Rita was excellent and made us feel comfortable during the breakfasts she supplied.

Toilets were not functional, there was a lot water pooling in the showers , toilet were not the most clean either. The wifi was not working. Very weak connection

Breakfast was onsite and Manuela (who could speak very good English) was lovely and super helpful. Good selection of food and drink. We found free parking a couple blocks away in the piazza. Communication was a little difficult as we do not speak Italian and the person for contact did not speak English. A little noisy but overall not bad.

We had an amazing stay at Federico Secondo B&B apartment! The place was super nice and comfortable, and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were extremely helpful and even agreed to change our room during the stay, which was very accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious, and every part of our experience was positive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Good value for money. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we were well looked after. The air conditioning was effective. There are no windows to the outside so it wouldn't suit you for more than a night or two. Everything that was within the owner's control was very good.
