we were 2 couples for 8/3/25 OZTREVES and DIZDAR FAMILY.we wanted to come before check in but SANTO requested 10 euro for each room for early checkin.we didnt want and came around 17.30 from CATANIA ,had no phone ( internet),difficulty in parking etc.although we said MAY BE we can come and leave our baggages but we couldnt.SO when we arrived there was nobody and as you see below we phoned more times he didnt answer and came after 45 min .Thanks to the neighbour shops,they helped us .HE WAS ANGRY TO US,why so late..HE HAD TO KNOW TT TOURISTS DONT HAVE INTERNET.AND WE CAME AT 17.30 after CHECK İN TIME.WE WERE ALSO VERY ANGRY.2)HE İS VERY SLOW ,first he took bicycle upstairs and slowly give our keys.3)WE BOUGHT THE ROOM BEC. BREAKFAST IS İNCLUDED(in properties it says so,also breakfast in bed?…But he gave us ticket(piece of paper)for breakfast outside and DİDNT SAY ANYTHİNG TT breakfast isincluded up to 5 euro,although we thought it, eat whatever you eat like in a hotel and paid 25 euros.FINALLY HE WAS VERY RUDE.he had to think that tosr people are coming for one night .BOOKING. COM PLEASE CONTROL THAT PLACE BECAUSE WHAT WRİTES İN THERE İS FALSE .BREAKFAST AND HE HAS TO SIT AND WAIT US LAST BEDS ARE OLD ,KITCHEN DIRTY.THERE İS LİKE! My Host Santos was excellent he recommend restaurants etc. Room beautiful w/ balcony to view city Definitely recommend ? Noise on Friday Saturday kids on streets being kids....no big deal

Location Dreadful host...no breakfast unwelcoming unfriendly unhelpful no one mentioned the srairs....

The accomodation is near the old city center. We had to wait an hour plus (!) for the representative of the accommodation provider compared to the agreed time. As we had half a day in Palermo, it affected us very badly. Although the accommodation is next to the Cathedral, the room has only one 30X30 cm window, from which you can see the wall of the neighboring building. The air conditioner is a very loud and robust device, you cannot use it if you want a noise-free night. So it was very hot in the room.

Shower drain was cloged.

I like the location and the view from the balcony and it’s really not that far from Quatro Canti You have to open like 3 doors to get in and you get only 1 key per room

everything, it’s the best area to stay in Palermo, with stunning view to the Cathedral. It’s central yet not noisy. Close to many attractions ane restaurants. The host is very helpful.

Property has the perfect location with the cathedral view. Its possible to leave luggage after check-out. The air-conditioner needs to be cleaned as it really dries out the air and if you are allergic impossible to breathe. Bad smell in the toilet & room, water in the shower goes out only in a few hours, the reason received "its electronic shower", no idea what does it mean
