Absolutely stunning property! The staff was exceptional and attentive! Stunning decor and easily accessible to major landmarks and restaurants!

Excellent location just steps from the historic city center, major landmarks, and local markets. A unique opportunity to stay in a 16th-century palazzo that is still owned and operated by a noble family. The staff were warm and friendly, and overall the experience was outstanding. Although this is a B&B property, there are countless excellent restaurants right down the street. A wonderful place to experience both the old and modern sides of Palermo. Staying in the apartment was enjoyable, though next time we would choose one of the suites for an even more memorable experience Nothing.

The staff is excellent. Attentive with very good recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location is good. The property itself is average.

Service was excellent. Breakfast was great.

Exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the apartments. A lot of space, clean, convenient on the 3rd floor with 2 balconies on via Vittorio Emanuele which gives an incredible and real Palermo experience. This is located close to the Palazzio Riso and the Cathedral, the quietest part of a central and busy street. The staff is great, Sara was amazing. We want to come back!

Location was excellent Some of the cooling units were not operational and the windows could not be kept open because of the street activity. Luckily the weather was not too warm and so it tolerable

We loved that we stayed in a palace, had a private tour by the baroness which was superb and breakfast was freshly made and unique. Staff were great. Our room smelt a little like drains, we had no light coming into the room (quite dark) and being behind the reception it was quite noisy, you could hear the phone ringing, and voices as people walked by at any time. I have to say we were probably unfortunate as I am sure all other rooms were not like this.

The interior design is flawless, very eclectic, combining the old with the new, as this is an actual aristocratic residence belonging to a real Sicilian baron. But the true highlight of the stay are the services, the personnel is absolutely amazing, with special mentions to Federica and Darryl, who are beyond courteous and helpful. Also the breakfast is amazing, with fresh local products and the best espresso we have ever had in a hotel. And the location is perfect, in the middle of everything worth visiting in the historical center of Palermo. Not to mention you get a free tour of the actual palazzo rooms with explanations about the history thereof. Nothing

The pictures are very different than the actual apartments. The apartments were older inside. The apartments have a separate entrance. It was advertised that breakfast was included… however there was no mention of this at check in. Overall fine due the fantastic location in the city center.. but not worth the price.

Beautiful room decorated in style that fits an historic palazzo. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was incredible. We stayed in the Ambassador suite and thoroughly enjoyed sitting in from of the fireplace. Also, the location is very near the Quattro Canti and many shops and restaurants. Not able to open a window for fresh air. The room has AC but I just don’t prefer it.

We had the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the top floor. Located in the very centre of the old city of Palermo (a UNESCO world heritage site), the location was absolutely perfect. There were brilliant views down the historic Main Street from balconies off the master bedroom, living room, and dining room. The apartment was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. Federica, our principal host, was exceptional in how well she looked after us. Anything we needed was immediately possible. Sara and Federica were both absolutely wonderful hosts! Guests should be aware in advance that access to the top-floor apartment is via a long, steep set of stone stairs. It would not at all be recommended for small children or elderly patrons or anyone who might be unfit.

They did not indicate that there were about 70 steps up to the room. That’s a lot of steps every time out Also, internet hardly worked at all. We noted this upon arrival and it was not fixed during our 2 day stay. Both of these issues were a real hassle
-
Separate apartment and location in the very centre, old town of Palermo It would have been better for our party to have had two en suite shower rooms. There was only one. There is no parking but it is close by.
