Beautiful hotel and I loved the spa, restaurant, and location The walls were too thin (I could hear everything including the room next to me snoring). The room was WAY too tiny for the price. Not good views from the room. And the bed was kind of hard.
-
Serana at the front desk was really wonderful. As was Anthony in the breakfast area.

The location was great. This was our second time here. The rooms are very nice. Great breakfast. Excellent spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Would suggest a soap dispenser in the shower. There was a musty smell in the hallway on floor 1.
-
Location was excellent Difficult to find on Waze. Sent down a bunch of very narrow streets
-
Sink leaked and was very small. There was an odd musty smell to the room.

See review for other stay.

They claimed I reserved 2 rooms, they wanted me pay for both, when there was no evidence that I did that. They were aggressive in trying to make me pay and if they charged me twice, since they have my credit card details, I will have my bank not pay and will institute a fraud investigation. Shame on them.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything’s easily reachable. There is a musty smell in the hallways and we found black mold in the bathroom. All the hot items for breakfast were cold.
-
Super location in the heart of Palermo, walkable to many sites including the farmers markets, wonderful neighborhoods and cathedrals. Very special building, kind staff.
-
breakfast was great, hotel has an excellent location, large comfortable room
-
The breakfast was not good. Very little replenishment of food, meaning if you didn’t arrive early there were few options left (eg. very little eggs and cheese). More fruit would be welcome.

The location is great

there was no view from the room

Superb

Andrea at the front desk was useless. I asked for information about tour, and he sent me to a closed business. I told him my sink wouldn’t drain: he did zilch.
-
Bed smelled of Fabreeze and room smelled of smoke and toilet was dirty. Some front desk staff were not as helpful and when trying to book the same room for an extra night were told the room was booked and we would have to pay extra for a suite. There seemed to be very few guests in the hotel so we booked elsewhere.

Location, room and facilities. Staff very helpful, obliging and friendly. Initially confusion about requested facilities in the room but quickly addressed.
-
The entry staff was very friendly, helpful & went beyond their kindness in making my trip perfect! Next time I will try the spa! Nothing!

Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff Elevator only goes to the first floor

The property is centrally located in the old town and gives easy access on foot to all the old town sights. The staff are friendly. The inner courtyard restaurant, which can be accessed by lift or a beautiful flight of old palazzo steps, is a charming space and serves a lovely breakfast. I had hoped to use the bar located in the inner courtyard but it never seemed to be open. The rooms are stylish and well equipped. The fluorescent lighting in the foyer and corridors is not in keeping with the old palazzo charm of the property. The bar could be open during the afternoons to allow residents a short pit-stop when they wish to take a break in the day. The cost of the room was higher than usual for the hotel. It seems to be better priced at other times.
