B&B Hotel Palermo Quattro Canti

I would not stay here again, it is not as advertised in the photos and should be categorized as a hostel with private rooms (not a hotel). The pictures have been enhanced and do not accurately reflect the rooms. Rooms were not as photographed. There is a strong unpleasant smell in the lobby. We asked to switch rooms as the baseboard was coming off the wall and the room was not as pictured. Only after the door knob fell off our door were we switched rooms and we couldn’t get a refund to just leave. I had a very early flight departure and a staff ordered a taxi for the wrong time and I had to run to catch a shuttle and almost missed my flight.

Excellent apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The host was welcoming and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting. Nothing

Excellent location and attentive staff. Poor ventilation: mold in shower, A/C didn’t work properly despite visits from staff; we asked for a fan to circulate the air but didn’t receive one. Temperature never dropped below 26. It may have just been our room but we weren’t offered an alternative.

Nothing!!!! Horrible smell! No running water in the room! Camp bed with the mattress on top! To reach our room we had to go through recent construction site!

There was no ventilation in the bathroom of the quad room and there were visible signs of mold.

Great location near squares & restaurants. There was no light near the sink & mirror. Parking is in a narrow underground space. My (rental) car had to be parked by a hotel staff member. Information about this was not clear until I had arrived.

Room temperature was really hard to regulate. I have minor issues with moving around and there was no help to get my suitcase to and from my room which was far away from the front desk. Overall I was ok but not great.

The villa is beautiful, exactly as pictured. It is roomy for our family of four and very comfortable, yet stylish and luxurious. The location just off a main road was easily accessible.the view is spectacular. N/A it was perfect

Nothing. The area was not very welcoming. The building and reception area looked good. But that was all.. One elevator was out of order. The place had a bad odor. The bathroom sink had ants. The cost of the room was definitely not worth what was paid.

Great location, walkable to everything. Great rooftop bar & restaurant for breakfast. It’s quite noisy on weekend nights with live music & lots of people in the streets.

Perfect central location in Palermo and good facilities. In particular, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast had a good choice and the location on the fifth floor terrace was fantastic Nothing of any significance ... the only thing I can recall was that the bathroom appreared a bit "tired".
