Location Misleading booking advertising. Complicated checking process. Poor communication and problem solving.

Location was PERFECT! Close to attractions, port/harbor, restaurants, market, and shopping. The room was spacious with two large French-style doors that open to a large balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele and Quattro Canti “Four Corners.” Plenty of wardrobe space, included a luggage rack, large chaise lounge, bench, and stools as opposed to just sitting on the bed. Bathroom counter was long and spacious for makeup and toiletries. The Special Breakfast made to order was a unique touch unlike the 20+ hotels stays in the last 3 years. You check-off items on the breakfast form the night before, and is ready at the time specified, which can be eaten in your room or in the common area outside your room. The rain shower and shower wand would sometimes go on at the same time and the shower pan would fill up ankle high and slowly drain. I use my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap but there wasn’t a niche or shower shelf to place these toiletries.

The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty and the service lady was super nice and very helpful even that she did not speak english she still managed to understand what we asked and was helpful. Our city tax fee was increased without a proper communication in advance. While we tried to understand why was the fee increased we were not allowed into the facility and just standing at the door until we paid it online. We booked their best seller suite and paid our hotel already in advance so they could at least allow us in to put down our luggage and rest a moment until we figure their reason to increase the fee.

Location, location, location. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. The low bed was an issue. I’m a tall person. And wish there was a chair in the room.

The very low touch service was not evident when I booked it. It was hard accessing the hotel & suite. The street was loud. A musician sang for 3 hrs each evening right below us.

Excellent location, very comfortable room and very supportive staff. Unfortunately, we did not have water in our room 2 of our 3 night stay. They had a water/plumbing issue for our whole floor. Staff tried to accommodate by providing access to use a private bathroom in another floor. Needless to say, that situation was not very comfortable.

The location cannot be beat - just steps from the center of Palermo. Breakfast was delicious and can be served in your room, or in the common area. The bathroom is large and modern, with a large shower. The room also had a nice balcony, too small for chairs, but nice to open and hear the sounds of the city. Lots of steps, and no staffed front desk, if that matters to you.

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful. We had a large room overlooking the road. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Lots of street music so be prepared. We loved the vibe, but it is noisy. The toilet had a glass door so there was no privacy. Never seen that before.

Location - very central, friendly staff The sound insulation was poor and we could hear everything that was happening outside. And the set-up of the toilet in the room - it wasn’t a separate room - it was inside the actual room separated from it by a see through partition which wasn’t particularly comfortable as I could see my partner through it.
