Location was great, near the hustle of Palermo. The room was clean. WiFi and TV worked great. Our host was very accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage there for a few hours while we explored. No complaints.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom equipped with soap, shampoos and toiletries. Beds were super comfortable and clean. It was located super close to the main attractions but located on a small street therefore very quiet and restful. I would return without any hesitation. Breakfast in a nearby hotel was excellent.

The location is incredible. It is in easy walking distance to all of the historic places, the restaurants, museums and waterfront. It is in a safe neighborhood. Clean, nice beds, bathroom inside the room. We highly recommend Demetra Rooms.

Handy location Good wifi Quiet at night The aircon works well The grungy and depressing view from the window The hair left in the shower drain The noisy bathroom air extractor motor The air conditioner creaks at night The wobbly shelf under the bathroom sink The hot water in the shower is inconsistent I asked for an extra pillow which was never provided The sink and shower drains in bathroom took a long time to drain the water away All the steps to get to the room The code keypad to get access into the building is up high so you always need to turn your phone light on to see it clearly Do not be misled by the white staircase in the photos- they are just for looks- the real steps are many more Do not be misled by the common room photo and think that staff are ever in person onsite, as they are not

The location was excellent in the heart of Palermo and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was a big comfortable room and very quiet at night with access to outdoor space on the terrace. To access the room you will need to go through a series of doorways that each require key entry. 3 in total before you reach your room door.
