Beautifully decorated room. Cool and comfortable. Quiet, but very close walking distance to many attractions. Nothing.

We had trouble initially locating the property but had no issues after that first time!

Fantastic breakfast, very convenient location for sightseeing (if a little tricky to find at first), lovely room, lovely building, lovely and helpful host, fascinating folklore about the tower on the little piazza. We felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Extremely charming and unique! This is one of my favorite B&Bs during my 5 weeks in Italy. Also, this was my most restful and restorative sleep during my journey. I loved the property.

What a gorgeous artful unique spot in a quiet corner of Palermo! Great room with hot tub - godsend after a LOOONGGG journey from the US. Giada is a true gem of a hostess who advised us expertly and greeted us each morning with a wonderful breakfast in the garden.. 0

Very original settings. Good, though not exceptional, breakfast in the small garden. Ideally located in the old center of Palermo, near many of the city highlights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room very clean and spacious. We spent a week and breakfast was always the same and not very varied. It was good, but little choice and boring after the first couple of days.

Excellent location, very quiet, spacious room We weren’t told about the spa, if or when we could use it. Breakfast could have a few more choices but was nice.

Excellent location, lovely staff, comfortable room and bed/bedding, plus quiet and able to darken at night. The sun deck must be lovely when it's sunny. The jacuzzi in the spa could have been hotter and could have smelled better. Sauna a little tiny, but well functioning.

We loved being hosted by Guiada. She is very professional, customer oriented and a great leader. We had an issue with the hot water and she did everything in her end to solve it. Very nice person!!! The ladies in the breakfast room are very nice. You can control the room temperature, fantastic! Paying more attention to cleaning (Inside furniture in the room, toilet brush in the bathroom) would make this place more special.

We loved the quirkiness of interiors! And proper real history manifested in remnants of walls where modernity met the ancient ❤️ spa is just there the moment you need it after day’s walking. Magnificent Reception service with insight into the area too. Just service beyond expected. Wish we stayed longer! But hey, until next time x

Location, facilities, breakfasts and helpful staff. Construction next door was very loud in the mornings. Obviously the hotel cannot control this and it will be done at some point.
