Very central. Amazing staff We booked a room with a king size bed but maybe king size in Italy is different to king size in Canada

We did not like that the hotel doesn't provide water in the rooms which is standard, they charged us for water. Also the breakfast is sub par

First, BEWARE of the surroundings: the whole area is incredibly dirty and looks unsafe, buildings are in a deplorable condition, literally falling apart (like a warzone), with homeless people and garbage all around. But this is 5min walk from the historical center,so not sure you can find better options this close. Also, BEWARE if coming by car, the streets around are unbelievably narrow with no traffic rules and "no man's land" driving style of scooters and cars alike, the whole way to the accommodation can give you a heart attack or a massive adrenaline rush at best. Leaving the car in the public free parking in front of the hotel is only an option if you don't care about the car or its contents. Luckily, the accommodation offers private secured parking for 20 eur/day. They also advertise electrical charging, but via a regular electrical outlet (48h to full charge for a Tesla X). The staff try to be as accommodating as possible, but just as I was checking in, the receptionist was explaining to a guest they cannot give a refund because the guest does not feel safe to stay overnight in this area. Rooms have a damp smell due to the humidity, but for the 1 night we spent, it wasn't such an issue.

Wonderful location and rehabbed room Avoid old room in palazzo with dank smell

Looking for something small and comfortable near the centre of Palermo and this certainly fitted the bill. Tucked away from the main streets it’s not an easy find but don’t be put off by that we found the area to be quiet and safe. We had a great welcome on arrival and enjoyed a large and well-appointed room on the second floor. The only negative was that there is no direct lift to all the rooms on the second floor, so we had to use the stairs from the first floor. Location was good and easy to walk through to the Quattro Canti. Next door to the hotel is a magnificent small church that is well worth a visit.

Lovely rooms, quiet location, short walk (8 to 10 mins) from the busy part of the historic centre of Palermo.

Palazzo Brunaccini is a hidden gem in Palermo. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center. It is clean and comfortable, with well-appointed rooms and a very good buffet breakfast included. Francesco at the front desk was especially patient and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. All the staff were kind and courteous. A great stay—highly recommended. Nothing to dislike.

The central location was excellent! The decor was also interesting and front desk staff were friendly and very helpful! Uncomfortable bed and bathroom functional but small and not what you’d expect for that price range. Descriptions of rooms were unclear / confusing - the room with a terrace that we had booked turned out to have the bathroom on another level and this wasn’t clear in the description. The breakfast offering seemed to get worse as the week went on and the coffee was appalling!

The hotel located close to main palermian attractions. Very confortable room. The downtown where the hotel is located seems to be less secure at night.
