Simply Outstanding. Loved it, nothing bad to say!

amazing staff and cute property with a nice garden we could not stay here because the room had an unpleasant smell that could not be fixed and the room could not be changed since the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and although we were past cancellation date for full refund, they were able to do so and not charge us. I believe the hotel would have really delivered if not for the specific last room we were given.

Clean and great staff

Staff were very helpful & accommodating when a) ITA Airlines lost & then delivered my case to the hotel. b) A slight mix-up over room requirements was sorted quickly and efficiently. Nothing springs to mind

Aurora welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. She took the time to share some of her favorite things to see and gave us some tips that really made our visit special. She was wonderful! We loved the property and the location was perfect for wandering the city center and hitting all of the main sites. From the outside, you may be wondering if you made a good choice, but step inside and you are at peace! The Chiesa del Gesu that Aurora recommended was a short walk away and the interior was a spectacular display of marble - don’t miss it. Our room was a suite which was great, because one of the twin beds was in a little alcove that gave some privacy for my friend that I was traveling with who likes to sleep a bit later. We really appreciated having two bathrooms. Breakfast was lovely - I especially enjoyed my cappuccino in the morning. Happy we stayed here!

It is beautifully decorated. Aurora is very helpful re the area as well as arranging a rental car for us. Our room was very comfortable as well as elegant. Breakfast is copious and delicious. The location is central in the historic district so easy walking to important sites as well as very good restaurants. nothing

We didn't like nothing at all. Everything was different from the publication at your website. This is a pure bouncerung using your website. The staff was not polite and not helpfull; the premises was not at it looks at your website; the equipment we have shown at your website are missing; in the bathroom you can not even enter due to a very bad smell; the room size is not compatible with the publication; the parking place shown at the website is offered only with additional payment; there is mold on the room; the garden is not compatible with the publication; the the sheets and towels exists but are very outdated, noise house...

Hostess Aurora and staff were wonderful. Very nice, well decorated and very comfortable place to stay w great location. Very clean; daily cleaning; excellent breakfast w fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats and hot-off-stove eggs cooked to order. Aurora was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and local tips. Top notch! Nothing — all good!

Beautiful spot with great style in an excellent location for walking all over the old city or easy access to the bus and train station. Right near the bolero market for your choice of street foods and fresh orange juice in the right season.
