The glass toilet was highlighted before we booked but didn't mention gaps in the glass surround so not only can you see you can hear and smell. ......

It was small but clean.

The location is wonderful. Across the street from the park Villa Bonanno and then Palazzo dei Normanni and around the corner from Palermo Cathedral. All the other sites in Palermo are walkable from here. The host was super responsive and available. She provided an excellent list of restaurants and made a reservation on our behalf the first night. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are visiting Palermo. Nothing.

Absolutely loved staying here so much so I extended my stay for a few more days‼️ Simona and support staff are wonderful people and so are the neighbors that I had the pleasure of meeting‼️ The location was everything, right across the street from the Palermo Cathedral, in the center of everything‼️ The City Bus Station, Interstate Bus Station, Railway Station and Tram Station are all situated about a mile walk away‼️ Restaurants, museums and shopping, everything within walking distance‼️ Disliked not having a “lift” aka an elevator readily accessible.

Such pleasant and beautiful experiences and hotel haven't happened in a long time. Simona is extremely friendly, she gave clear instructions for entering the building, entering the hotel and the room. I recommend booking a suite, which has a view of the cathedral itself, two balconies and a beautiful room. Thank you Simona for all your kindness. I will definitely return to this hotel if and when I come back to Palermo.

The location was good and the bed comfortable. The view to the main cathedral from our room was stunning. The parking instructions were incorrect and the lift and spa were not working. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice room with a balcony, great location, Gaetano very friendly and gave great advice about where to go and what to eat. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Palermo.

Wonderful location near the cathedral and the Palazzo dei Normanni. I.e, very central. Gaetano very attentive and a great communicator. Our room was quite small, but honestly fine for a night. If heavier luggage on hand, then good to check that the lift works. Otherwise, a few floors up.

It's located in the center, so easy access to the markets and all tourist activities.. The lift was "Broken" and the stairs unbearable especially with luggage..

Excellent location, directly opposite to Palermo cathedral. Balcony on a side alley, so not noisy. We loved staying at walking distance from all sights in the old city centre. Though we never met our host Gaetano in person, he was very welcoming and helpful over WhatsApp: he even indicated a suitable parking spot for our rental car; gave valuable restaurant suggestions. The room was on the small side with a narrow bathroom. Elevator not working (we were warned beforehand). We did like to experience staying in a (converted) apartment in a typical south Italian apartment building, even though there were these practical small drawbacks.

The location was first rate, you couldn't be closer to the major sites, right on the square with the Palatine Chapel and the Palermo Cathedral. The unit was walking short distance from the Real Orleans station coming in from the airport. Gaetano and staff were really amazing. They helped us with suggestions for restaurants, attractions and transportation. There were a few hiccups that were outside the control of the Unit, such as the municipal water lost pressure on our last day and the trains shut down because of a strike. But we still had a great time.
