We had a wonderful stay at Casa Busari. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Germana, the host, welcomed us warmly when we arrived. She was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great for exploring Palermo. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

unfortunately the water in the shower didn't drain, but that's just a minor flaw, so no excuses. The other things more than made up for it; overall, the stay was very nice.

It was a quaint, sweet hotel with an incredible owner/host! She was responsive, professional, and ensured that I was comfortable. Owner provided detailed recommendations for sites and restaurants. She provided careful directions for me and even walked partway to ensure I was on the right path to rendezvous for a tour. The room was a bit noisy. Ear plugs were provided.

hostess Gremana went over the top to make my stay the best of the half dozen places I I havr stayed on my current vacation.

My partner and I had the nicest room with a walk in shower, perfect for what we needed :)

The staff were amazing! They were eager to ensure you had a great stay. Provided info on restaurants nearby that were excellent. Also provided info on attractions. They were so kind and were genuinely nice people. Made you feel at home. One improvement could be towels. Were quite rough. Not really a problem, however. May be just how towels in Italy are.

Spacious room in a very central (but quiet) location. The room had everything we needed and I found the bed very comfortable. Germana is extremely kind, helpful and caring. Totally recommended!

It’s on a very sweet homey street. Although it may be a bit of a challenge to find the first time. One end of the short, narrow street has about 3 steps to navigate, so beware if you have physical challenges. The top,end of the short street doesn’t have stairs. But our host was so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Germana has made the property feel welcoming. The room was simple, but done with elegance and taste. All the amenities that I needed were there. Her staff were also top rate and friendly. It’s a little far from the central train station if you’re walking. About 25 minutes. But most things we wanted to see and do were at least that far from the train station as well. I’d rather be closer to what I want to do

Very nice room in a great location of Palermo. Germana you rock! Would recommend without hesitation

The host is extremely helpful and caring. She answered tons of questions regarding to my transportation choices, and recommended restaurants. When I got totally wet from an unexpected heavy rain, she waited for me coming back safely, and even bought hot tea to my room. The whole house is very clean and comfortable. I even have a small balcony attached to my bedroom. Very relaxing to sit there sipping tea and watch the narrow alley down below. She also provides bottled water both in the BR and public living area None

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hostess Germana was very nice and helpful. The location is good, we could walk to all major sites and restaurants. Germana provided us with a lot of information on the sites to visit and restaurant recommendations. The B&B is very secure. Was a bit disappointed that breakfast was not included. I was under the impression that it was included in the price.

Everything is perfect. From the wonderful host Germana to the beauty and cleanliness of the Casa and the very central position. Definitely recommended!!

Great communications and reception on arrival from our host Germana. Her recommendations for things to do and see locally were comprehensive and well-informed. The property is clean, quiet, nicely furnished (with well thought out and interesting design elements which showcase an interesting personality) and in a very convenient location near to the Cathedral - but away from traffic. The communal area is well supplied with breakfast snacks and a proper coffee machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending Casa Busari. There was nothing to dislike.

Superb

I spent a wonderful few days in this guesthouse. The room was spacious, modern and tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, clean bed linen and towels. Everything was to a very high standard. Last but not least, Germana and Gabriela were wonderful, they did everything to make my holiday a wonderful one. I highly recommend this guesthouse, I will definitely be back. -

Cozy hotel on a quiet street just steps away from the Cathedral of Palermo. Neat renovation, furniture, and a friendly hostess.

Exceptional

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful design! Location is just few minutes walk from the center, many cafes around. Historical center is just about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. And central station is about 20 minutes away. You have everything you need in the apartment. Also Germana was so welcoming, she provided with all the details, what to see, where to eat! The atmosphere is just like you’re home ?? If I’m in Palermo again, this is definitely the place to stay!!! Grazie! ??
