Palermo Inn Boutique Hotel

The breakfast was delicious and many choices. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our A/C was not working so the second day they moved us to another room and gave us the breakfast complimentary. The location a little rustic but authentic!

Excellent customer service and wonderful breakfast

Good breakfast by a very helpful staff. Location was conveniente but not great. Too many stairs. Price paid was about 200 Euros higher than offered price a week before our arrival.

Solid choice in old town. Easy to walk to main sites and restaurants.

The rom was a nice size and we were able to open two doors onto balconies to let fresh air in. The breakfast spread had lots on offer including various fresh fruit which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful and professional.

It is located in the historical side of town. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Nothing. This is our second visit to Palermo and this hotel.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the center. Overall was the room good, but a little bit small. The toiletries in the bathroom were from rituals, that was quiet nice. As mentioned, a little bit small. Not really a space for clothes.

Location was walkable to several areas with restaurants and shopping. Many stairs to reach room and no parking requiring use of a parking garage. Location very difficult to reach by car.

The room was modern and clean. They bed was comfortable The noise from the hall is really bad. You can hear the loud banging around from before 7am. People talking at all hours in the hall are easily heard. The stairs are very narrow. The water heater seems to be a small unit--don't take a long shower or you'll run out of warm water fast.

Location and the room No elevators, steep narrow stairs with little or no railings going in different directions not to floors but multiple landings.

Location is ok that is all I can say I enjoyed about this hotel. But even the location is a challenge because ubers/taxis can't find it due it is being in a walk up only alley ubers or taxis can't pick you up from there. Roaches! They showed me two different rooms after I found a roach in the room I was given when I got there. We saw a roach in each room. The rooms are run down, they're not being cleaned properly, the sheets had stains, the towels are rough, the shower and bathroom have mold around the edges, everything is just run down and old, they're not keeping up with it properly, the air conditioner is moldy and dusty, there's dust everywhere, paint is peeling off the radiators, it was an uncomfortable and nasty stay.

The Check-in process was a bit awkward as the office was in a different building than the hotel itself.

Amazing location in the heart of the market and old town. Beautiful room and facilities. Very attentive and helpful staff. Even though in the heart of the city it was very quiet, no street noise.

Clean, modern, rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Location close to the city center. To get to rooms, you need to climb several flights of narrow stairs, not at all accessible for mobility impaired. No bar or lounge with service. Too little furniture in the room: no place to unpack.
