It was of good value, the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The area is a bit sketchy, and it is located right next to a prison, not that it caused any problems. The breakfast is OK but could offer better selection. The rooms facing the street can be noisy at night, especially if you prefer to sleep with windows open.

Absolutely clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, beds were soooo comfortable and it was clean. Location near the port was not great but we were only there overnight for a cruise.

Very nice staff and great room reasonably priced a 10 mn walk from the center. The breakfast /commo.b area could be a bit updated but the food was great.

it was close to center parking was good but payd extra brek fast wasent good they gave us a attic room with a window in the ceiling only, there was no view of any kind I asked for a better room and I was told there werent any the air condition did not work and we couldn't leave the roof window open because of mosquito invation also in case of rain

It was pleasant and clean, the staff were lovely Walking there we got several slices of local life: impoverished on one street, bougie on another. It got us our of the touristic center to get a better feel for the place.

Good location, specifically if You travel by car, easy to find and drive in, - and this hotel has a nice and secure open parking space at the back, easy accessible from the hotel. Rooms are well designed, in classic style and warm white colours. Large shower. Good bed and linen. Airy. Management was very kind and helpful. Old city and all touristic attractions starts less then 1 km walk away. We didnt experience any noise from the street, but the door at our room (2nd floor nearby lift) wasnt much isolated from the sounds at the lift or lobby. No much trouble anyway. Missed the electric tea pot in the room, but got free hot tea from the breakfast kitchen.

Nice, quaint boutique hotel with lots of character. The team make the difference here and do an excellent job.Ignazio Jnr. Was very pleasant and helpful. The area is not the best or cleanest with alot of rubbish on the floor, location is slightly on the edge but within 10 - 15 minutes you can be in the centre.Breakfast was adequate with alot of pastries and cakes as you would expect in Palermo. Only negative for us was the heat in the room which made sleeping uncomfortable, They seemed reluctant to put the aircon on at this time of year.

Location is easy to find close to Centro Storico in Palermo. Huge advantage is the parking behind gates. Staff was great and helpful.
