Our room had a separate bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. If we had known that, we would never have booked this room. The sink was clogged. There is no view as advertised. The location is quite a walk (30 mins) from the center. We used our car and a cab in the evening.

Excellent location. Clean room. Benny is a fantastic host (probably the most responsive host I have seen seen so far).

The communication with the host was the most efficient. He gave me pointers on airport transfers and local things to do. The neighborhood was lovely and walking distance to the main part of the historical center. I could catch the bus to Mondello beach as well as the airport just 3 blocks away. The place was very clean. Just the locks on the door woke me up in the night (being very specific here)t. Since the place is small and intimate.

Parking in the street possible (1 Euro per hour, 10 per day, night + sunday free), best download app. Good neighborhood, many restaurants and bars just around the corner Smart TV with Chromecast, very well maintained

Beautiful clean room and excellent breakfast. Fantastic location, right in the centre. Benny, the host, super nice!

The host, Benny, was a lovely guy who was easy to chat with via WhatsApp with any questions about the booking. He was very informative about the surrounding areas of Palmero. The room is bright and has all the amenities needed for several night stay. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Near the shopping areas by foot. The room is compacted so having two suitcases open was difficult due to for space. The window looked out to a wall/internal area. Not much natural light.

Perfect location, centric but quiet, exquisitely decorated, perfect clean, delicious breakfast and the host was 100% available all the time and very nice! He even drove me to the bus stop :)

Exceptional

One the few places in Sicily with late checkout. The place is very clean and the hosts serves nice breakfast including salty options in a separated room. Couldn't find an extra blanket in the room. There was a drawer in the wardrobe but I couldn't open it. Noise coming from the corridor when people coming and going when slamming doors.

The location is great. The bus from the airport makes a stop 3 minutes walk away. Well linked with public transport. A 20 minute walk to the historical centre of town. The property is within a secure building, and the room was cosy and very clean. Breakfast is flexible and I could choose my options. But what really stands out is the warmth and welcome from the owner, Benny. Very helpful, friendly and responsive via texts. Highly recommend to stay here.

Good location, walking distance to public transport stops and airport bus stop, owner who cares about his customers I did not receive breakfast service during my stay (the owner stated that it was a temporary problem and he was sorry about it.)

If you’re staying in Palermo this is the perfect place! It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, near the city center and right next to the bus stop where you can take the bus and go to Mondello beach. The room was perfectly clean, had everything we needed for a week long stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, checked in on us daily if we need something or have any kind of questions. The breakfast was always amazing, it was either at a cafe nearby or at the B&B, so it was very nice to switch it up. Our choice for this B&B really made our stay in Palermo much more pleasant and and enjoyable. Will definitely come back and can recommend the B&B to everyone!
