DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM. The hosts were lovely. The accommodations were adequate and well priced. BOOKING.COM under delivers. Use them as a search engine only.

Friendly hosts. Fantastic location, right next to the port. Very clean.

The price and the spaciousness of the apt. Breakfast was sufficient enough. It is very difficult to open the main door, flush the toilet, and contain water in the shower because the doors are not closing properly.

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. It has a decadent Sicilian style I liked a lot. Great attention from Andrea; he was kind and helpful, by messages and in person. We missed having thick curtains in the living rooms when used for sleeping. There were too much light in the early morning. There is a too small place to have breakfast and we were a group of 14. The man in charge was rude with us; the maidens very nice.

Warm and friendly host. Quiet room. Old B&B, full of Palermo character.

The room was large and had aircon. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want any peace and quiet on your holiday. Here are the reasons: 1. The apartments are part of a residential flat block. This meant there were apartments above and below you that weren’t part of Art Lincoln. On our first night, we were woken up by a couple opposite having a domestic, drunken people stumbling in etc etc. 2. The apartments are based around an internal courtyard. Again, this wasn’t communicated in the listing. In the internal courtyard, there are tables and chairs for guests. On night 2, guests came back at 2am and proceeded to continue drinking in the courtyard, shouting and raising their voices and waking up everyone in the apartments surrounding it. There was nothing that could be done about this as the reception is basically closed from 4pm in the afternoon so nobody that can assist with yet again, more noise. 3. As described above, because the apartments are in an internal courtyard, there is no natural light in the room because of the neighbouring apartments towering over it. We had to switch the lights on in broad daylight. This made the room feel quite depressing and I really wouldn’t recommend it if natural daylight is important to you too. 4. Lastly, the apartment block is off some dodgy main road that hardly feels like ‘holiday vibes’. There’s an intercom to get into the building which is only semi functional, again adding to the already stressful experience. We were so fed up in the end we actually checked out one day earlier than planned, only to be greeted with sarcastic and rude comments from the manager. I would also stress I’m by no means a high maintenance traveller either, but this place was so badly below par it’s worth warning other tourists. I really wouldn’t recommend this place, trust me when I say there are much better places in Palermo for a similar price.

Super excellent service. Our room was very nice, and with an AC

Staff went up and beyond to help and answer any questions even we haven't spoken Italian and they didn't speak English

Nice spacious rooms, with character. Comfortable beds, good shower. Friendly staff. Excellent value.

Breakfast was super . personal emotional pressure to support the homeless. I ordered 2 rooms, they were passable, ok for a family, not enough privacy for 4 adults

This quaint B&B has lovely decor, and the rooms are spacious, in a building that has a lift which is really useful. It is also very close to the train station. We were given a room with a bath tub, but had no stopper so we could not use it. It wasn't very clean when we first arrived, there were slight stains on the toilet bowl seat. Breakfast is quite standard, but when we went there late one morning, some items were not refilled. As we had a room next to the dining area, we were awakened early each morning by extremely loud chatter. At night we could also hear the sounds of television coming in through the walls. The rooms are quite artfully decorated, but on the last night one of the headboard mural's stapler bullets came off and was jutting out right where my head was, and I only found out because I had adjusted my pillow. It was quite stressful for us frankly, as on the first morning we were there we were invited to make a donation for the staff's volunteer organization, but we had no cash with us. He reminded us about this again the morning we left, but we still had no cash, and felt bad most of the time.

Spacious. We were travelling as a couple and a single friend, so great to have a large living room as well as 2 bedrooms We expected to have coffee making facilities in the room - but staff were helpful and provided a jug and cups on request. Some minor issues in bathroom - eg hand basin leaked. On our final day staff asked us to make a donation to homeless in exchange for a rosary - boss was not there, so were a bit suspicious

Great location, friendly staff, big rooms Shower that electrocutes (slightly, nothing too dangerous) while the water is running
