Good value for money. Conveniently close to the railway station and historic centre. The very friendly host allowed us to arrive well before check in time. Everything we needed was there and it was both clean and quiet. The shared kitchen was a nice extra.

Facilities were excellent, lovely bedroom and bathroom. Maybe it could use something like cups to drink from while in the room.

Very early check in time available. The host was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the window has an anti mosquitoes net! Daily room cleaning. Enough towels. The location is perfect! 5 min walk from the bus and train, many places for sightseeing in walking distance to the east and west, many good restaurants within a 5-15 min walk, and a lidl supermarket around the corner too. Not allowed to eat meals in the room, quite noisy you can hear the upstairs neighbours run, side neighbours turn on the water/shower, and people talk in the hallway. Bathroom walls need some cleaning. Shower floor isnt straight so can be quite slippery. Booking.com website states theres breakfast included but according to the b&b theres no breakfast.

I like the location I didn't like the room, everything was too cheap. Also it needed better cleaning. The view from the window was awful and it was very dirty

Very nice clean room. Location was great and the community kitchen was useful. No reception which first made things confusing.

Everything just perfect, very comfortable apartment with a balcony. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast! All in all, a really nice stay in Palermo! A bit too thin walls so that you could hear construction workers nearby.

The host is welcoming and making sure you are arriving comfortably. Use Whatsapp reach the host (e.g. for question, etc.). Sometime the response would take some more minutes long.

Sheets didn't fit bed. Light in lobby needs to come on automatically, didn't know there was a switch somewhere.
