It was close to the train station which was very nice it was also very clean 10/10 the host was also very kind she waited best hours to insure that we got in okay and explained everything very clear

Next to the Palermo Central station. Breakfast was excellent.

The location couldn't have been better for an early train, but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The ceiling was high, and it was very clean and nicely decorated, the aircon was effective, and the breakfast was very good. The host was super kind and accommodating

Also, very responsive in messages and on the phone for ANY issue. The room is facing the street, and it is INCREDEBLY noisy, because the window is old. We woke up several times during the night if motorcycles or a louder car/bus pass by (and we had earplugs). So our sleep was quite bad every night of the 3 nights we were there. Again, the hosts are incredibly kind. So if you have a deep sleep maybe you will love this place

The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a biiig breakfast during the stay. The location is by the center and if you drive here there's also a safe parking spot. Great experience!

The bathroom was at the bottom of a long flight of steps. It was clean, private and adequate.

Great location, close to train station, bus terminal, walking distance from hystoric centre , farm market, supermarket. Great host, Francesca very attentive, helpful, easy to get in touch with. Clean room. No fridge in the room but Francesca kept our food in her fridge.

It is in an excellent location for ant train or bus connections. We enjoyed our short stay.

Superb

Lovely comfy well presented room with private shower. But the showerhead just ran water like a tap with little spray. Shower heads are available for €10 from all street traders on every corner in central Palermo. Also, the TV had no reception. Location is ideal for the train station and the person that runs it is very friendly and considered, and made me a breakfast to take with me as I was leaving before the time she serves. New shower head needed and fix the TV reception.

The location is amazing, the host Francesca was absolutely wonderful and so pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast was very nice. The room and bed were also overall very comfortable and we were pleased with our stay there. The ceilings are high so that the heating doesn’t really take effect, plus there is an open space so it is a bit drafty. And the shower head wasn’t working properly so the hot water ran out rather quickly, but those were really the only negative points.

the bed was comfy, the breakfast was excellent. I was travelling home the next day so wanted to stay near the station, this property was directly opposite it. Not the fault of the property but it was very noisy outside the night I stayed

Quirky rooms in a traditional palazzo. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant owners. Ground floor on the street, so some noise. Basement bathroom shower rather small and shower head not great.

The apartment is very well located, just opposite the central station, and only a few minutes' walk from the historic district! Francesca was perfect, very kind and welcoming. She attended to all our needs, and responded quickly to messages. Breakfast was copious and very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room had air conditioning. We were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation after check-out, allowing us to see a bit more of the city before we left for the airport. Many thanks to Francesca. The bathroom is small, but that's not a problem.

I booked this AirB&B mainly because it is right across the train station. The host was wonderful and responded to my messages in a timely manner I did not expect the bathroom to be located at the lower floor. There are 12 steps to go down to reach the bathroom. I will not recommend to those with kids and those with knee problems.

This apartment was perfect for our overnight stay in Palermo. It's literally across from the train station, but not at all noisy from the trains. Great little restaurants close by. An amazing trattoria called Trattoria Trapani was only 100 metres away. This restaurant is family owned and is perfect for an authentic Italian meal...loved it. The apartment is also not too far from the main strip where you will find many attractions, restaurants and market stalls. A little noisy at night when you have people talking loudly under your window. But otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
