B&B In Centro Palermo

The location was great, with main attractions a short walk away. The room was quite compact but well-appointed. Host Danielle replied promptly and was helpful. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, despite communicating my arrival hours in advance. Typically that wouldn't be a problem but I was trying to get to a cultural site before they closed. Part of the check-in process should include how turn on the lights in the stairwell.

The balcony was amazing and we loved sitting out there. The location was so near the Politeama Girabaldi theater and the wonderful little pizza shop! We could find our way around easily from there. The air conditioning didn’t run when you were not there and it took a bit longer before it was comfortable again.

The location was walking distance to everything-historical sites, several markets, shopping and restaurants. Apartment was secure and well appointed with coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, water snacks etc. You cannot flush toilet paper which was a bit odd given we stayed at a hotel in the area and that was not the case so it's not a Palermo thing. The included breakfast also was not onsite but at a cafe a short distance away. You have a choice of savoury or sweet breakfast and while we were only given the sweet voucher the cafe was most accommodating to our requests! While the property was fine it was NOT what was booked so yes bait and switch situation! The apartment was nice hence the good rating my issue was with the last minute change. I booked 1 triple and 2 quadruple rooms at one location and was given 2 triples and 1 double at a completely different location than what was online. We were also only informed of the change the evening before check out giving us zero opportunity to make alternate arrangements especially for 6 people on a bank holiday week!! We had to make it work but shady practice to say the least! They said I booked two separate locations which did not show up for me but happened 'behind the scenes' so they did us the 'courtesy' of moving us to keep us together. (why not move us all the the one I booked I don't know!!) The other address is also on the site and NOT the one we booked so the whole excuse that only one location could be input on the system was false. The new location was however clean and well appointed and close to everything! It is also secure with 24hr concierge so I would recommend for solo travelers! The property manager was also very responsive on Whatsapp and provided information on restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Bonus that we could book and pay for our airport transfer and pay in advance which made for a hassle free early morning flight.

Everyone was so helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The room was very comfortable & quiet.

Great location in historical area, everything is within walking distance. We felt very safe, even walking around in the evening. Also, staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. My single room was really tiny, so much so that there wasn't even space for a real wastebasket (only the tiny one in the bathroom reserved for toilet tissue).

Nice size rooms and fairly new and modern Hard to find as it’s inside an office building and staff is not on site.

The location was perfect! Spacious room. Requested a quiet room but got a room facing the main street instead. Can get quite noisy into the night. Good thing we brought ear plugs.

Daniela was very helpful with answering my questions and understanding our trip delays. Nice location to walk to the palazzo.

great location and help from the staff

The room was facing a very loud street and all of the rooms are on the first floor so you're bound to hear a lot of music and screaming on the weekends. The "breakfast" was not good at the bar down the block.

Location is fantastic, room, staff, service, communications - everything is great. One minus - they don't provide breakfast. They have nespresso machine and capsules and cookies available all day, which is really nice, but having breakfast in the morning before you leave for a long day is an important thing, which is missing...

Excellent location, staff were very accommodating and came to meet us from the airport bus. Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe, coffee and pastry of choice. Late check in fee.

Location was excellent although the room is on the third floor of an office building. Breakfast was at a cafe around the corner, which was fine, but there were coffee making facililties available. The room was very small, which is ok as you only need to sleep there.

Great location, small room but perfect for quick overnight stays, good facilities Had to go through security to get up to the floor that housed the B&B. They weren’t always pleased that they had to open the gate for us
