It was clean and comfortable room.

Wonderful, clean, spacious room. Excellent location, next to the railway and bus station. Main attractions in the historical centre are within a walkin distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a smile on their face, all the time. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

A few minutes walk from the train station was the reason to sty here as we had to get up at 06:00. No elevator and the bathroom was tiny and smelled a little moldy.

The price but I paid in other ways. Timely responses? No. Request for early checkin? Denied. Request to have the driveway and walkways shoveled? Ignored. (It had snowed heavily the previous day.) Later, when I asked about the sheets, they said to wash them myself. The sheets didn’t look, feel, or smell fresh. Finally, the spiders. I counted six in seventeen hours.

Location

The bathroom was separate from my room, up four steps and on the far side of the public breakfast room. The shower was tiny.

Incredibly big room for Italy. It was a great mix of modern with original architecture. The staff were great and very communicative with us--checking in and out was super easy. Breakfast was excellent--we could order what we wanted from a small menu. There was no lift, but it wasn't too bad for us to haul our luggage up.

Nada is the best host, really warm welcome.

Staff was friendly and helpful, allowed us an early check in and luggage storage. Br Shower was a bit dirty, the bracket holding the showerhead was broken, made it a bit awkward.

The room I stayed in had the tiniest bathroom, very very far from the room. No room for a bidet and barely room to turn around and change in after a shower. Would not have booked had I been aware how small and uncomfortable the only bathroom I could use was. I felt that it was an overpriced stay because of this reason- more like a hostel private room than an air bnb.

The room was clean throughout and the member of staff, Nadya, was most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very well served and plentiful. The surrounding area was rather run down, though very close to the rail and bus stations. Walking a little further out, there were good restaurants. There are four flights of stairs to climb (47 steps) as there is no lift, which was a challenging introduction. We inadvertently had booked a room with an (external) bathroom, which sounds not too bad. In reality the bathroom allocated was quite a distance through eating areas and up a number of stairs. This meant there was no nipping to the loo, no quick washing of hands, without passing through these areas. The bathroom was also very small. If available, we would not recommend this bathroom option.

The ladies managing the place and preparing breakfast were extremely friendly, accommodating and always chirpy, which literally made our morning. The breakfast was good and plenty even catering for gluten- and dairy free option with GF bread, muffins and an excellent soy cappuccino (the best in town, in fact). The room was spacious and with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, the bathroom was nicely modern. The room was cleaned and the beds made daily, which was NOT the case in other places we stayed in Sicily, so it was clean. There was a bit of a 'bottle neck' albeit for a few minutes at breakfast as there aren't enough spaces for every guest at a breakfast table. It wasn't really a problem as some guests were early risers and others had breakfast later.

Decoration was nice There was a noise coming from the AC if you use it Even though it was very near to station you have to be careful with morning traffic and road maintenance I was nearly late even I did not stay for breakfast. If you leave early you don't need breakfast. The staff was very nice but communication was a problem because they don't know English even they did not tell me to pay city tax and they were expecting me to leave in the room. Anyway they sent a link next day after I left the country. I wish someone showed me how to use the coffee machine so I could at least grab a coffee before I left.

Very nice rooms, spacious and modern. Breakfast was really nice. Location super convenient though not the most picturesque. Room opens directly into breakfast area foyer, so there’s a fair amount of sound transmission.
