Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Prior to our arrival communication was easy and timely with the host Cristina. She made us feel at home immediately and gave us excellent recommendations throughout our stay, while also giving us plenty of privacy. The breakfast is delicious and traditional and many mornings with homemade pastries. The bed is extremely comfortable and we slept great all nights of our stay. There is no doubt in my mind we would return to Palazzo Anastasio when we visit Palermo in the future. Nothing at all we didn’t lack anything during our stay

We enjoyed everything about Da Cristina Palazzo Atanasio, especially Cristina! What life and what a fabulous personality! She is so welcoming, so much fun to be, and she loves good music! Her lovely apartment is located in a historic building with an amazing courtyard which is so much fun to enter and walk through. Our room was spacious and included an adjoining sitting room and large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was excellent. The air conditioning worked well, but we also enjoyed opening the windows. Breakfast is simple and delicious; consisting of fresh fruit, delightful Sicilian pastries, coffee, juice and milk. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot, and amazing restaurants are close by. Cristina is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She is eager to give recommendations and directions. She will also arrange valet parking for you if you have a car. We loved our Palermo experience because Cristina so generously shared with us a true taste of Sicilian life. We liked everything!

Christina is a wonderful host. She greeted us on the street so that she could guide us to the residence. The coffee and morning breakfast was lovely and so fresh. She gave wonderful restaurant recommendations as well.

Location, literally in heart of historical Palermo. Separate suite from remainder of Cristina’s home with good A/C and fan for hot weather. Breakfasts were different everyday with interesting fruits and wonderful rolls-croissants. Plus Cristina provides valet service for car garage up the street at very good rates, as you’ll need courage to drive in Palermo. Nothing. Everything as described in property description.

The apartment had a large lovely common space which was beautifully decorated with high windows, oriental carpets and plants. For those who are noise sensitive, there can be music playing at the nearby bars

As a female traveling alone, this place was perfect! I felt safe and secure. The location is perfect for exploring historic Palermo. Cristina arranged a fabulous female tour guide for me as well. Hope to return again soon!

The building was old but well kept. Spacious with high ceilings. Location central. Breakfast was very very good with fruit offered daily and the coffee was exceptional. No negatives to report.

You are basically living in the very spacious apartment of the owner, where I believe only two rooms with their own bathroom are rented out. Breakfast was to our taste with coffee/tea, some pastry from the local bakery and fruit salad. Everything was great and reviews and pictures are spot on. Location is perfect, host is great. There could be some noise from street parties at night, but you get earbuds for free, should you be overly sensitive to that.

The apartment was a really lovely place, great breakfast, and brilliant host. In the centre near great bars and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing it was a little noisy at night - who can hear loud music.

It’s an incredibly elegant, beautiful and frankly stunning apartment hosted by Christina who is delightful and so helpful. The location is central so within a stone’s throw of all the action. She serves a variety of delicious Sicilian breakfasts which were excellent with classical music playing gently in the background. A great host of a wonderful classy apartment and we also were lucky enough to meet a great American couple who were also staying. Could not recommend staying there enough. All great!

The authenticity of the home, the kindness of the host, Christina, and the perfect location. We left our hearts in Palermo.
