The hosts are so inviting and kind. Provided me with all the info of Palermo and helped me figure out transportation! Many bathrooms and showers.

The place was clean. Mario and Giovanni were super friendly and helpful. The location very central. Delicious breakfast! I’d definitely stay here again! :)

Good location The accommodation bears little resemblance to the pictures posted on the website. The room was very run down and dilapidated. There was damp and mildew on the walls of the bedroom and in the toilets and showers.

I wish there was a bigger mirror in the room. But almost never there was a queue for the bathroom, so I could use the one in there

Having only single beds was definitely a plus! The location is good. Short walk to the train station as well as many of Palermo's must see attractions. There was a/c in the rooms and mine was shared with only one other person. There was a bit of a miscommunication about leaving my things there before check-in. The lady I initially spoke to was a bit rude, but I got in touch with another gentleman. He was super friendly and accommodating; and all was sorted quickly.

I can understand why some people in the reviews complain about the noise from the street. You are in the center of Palermo. The hostel provides earplugs, which is very considerate.
