Our host Alesandro was fabulous and gave us lots of information about where to eat, places to visit. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants and bars, and to all the attractions. There was a well stocked shared kitchen. I would definitely stay again! Nothing

We had such a wonderful stay at Ai Lattarini House! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Palermo. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the free coffee in the mornings and the well-equipped little kitchen, which had all the essentials. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Alessandro. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed, always kind, always attentive, and full of helpful tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to get around the city. His thoughtfulness and warmth made all the difference. My husband and I truly loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! The only small challenge was that it was a bit tricky to find at first, a larger sign out front could be helpful for future guests. But once we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect.

This was a great base for our time in Palermo. The host was very friendly and welcoming, giving us lots of helpful tips on what to see. While he didn’t speak much English, he put real effort into communicating with us using translation apps, which we really appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed: a good location, nice view from the small balcony, comfortable furnishings, a private bathroom, and access to a refrigerator with complimentary coffee. We’d happily recommend it!

The owner was exceptional, personable, helpful. Lots of good info and maps, etc. Poor internet. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Hairs in the shower, floor and sheets.

Historic building, great location, contemporary furniture and comfortable. Great host. We were surprised it was a shared accommodation.

The hosts Alessandro and Osama were friendly and accommodating. Welcomed us with homemade orange juice on arrival and also let us store our luggage past check out. The lift in the building is a huge bonus. The room had AC. Very clean. Location is SUPERB. After exploring Palermo, realized this part of town felt extremely safe for two women to be out until late. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby.

This was one of the most comfortable BnBs I’ve stayed in. It was so centrally located, with a gorgeous view from the bedroom, and so many nice touches from toiletries to snacks and drinks. Alessandro was an incredible host, so kind and even greeted us with fresh squeezed juice. I will 1000% be staying here again when I return. n/a

Apartment is placed in super convenient area of the city for a weekend getaway. Alessandro - the host was very welcoming and helpful and made us feel very welcomed!

not much Palermo was disgustingly dirty. The room was extremely difficult to find and very small. The room was very noisy.
