The accommodations were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very professional and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The location is unbeatable with access to anything and everything. I loved staying at this location that felt very safe and was also in the heart of the historic district where I could walk everywhere. Loved everything!

Location and hosts. Both Erica and Francisco went way above expectations in helping us during our stay. The only reason we rated a ten was because we couldn’t give higher. They made our 60th anniversary special.

Well located in the heart of the Palermo historical center. Room was spacious and bathroom big. The host Erica was very welcoming and most helpful with advice and directions

It was awesome!! The service by Erica, the size of Bed, facility, and bathroom,.. Everything was beyond our expectations. We really liked the room and its style. It is huge and woody which makes us feel comfortable and cozy. The view was about street so it was not so beautiful but literally everything was good, thus it actuallly doesn't matter?

Great place in the middle of buzzing social Palermo. Lady in front was amazingly friendly and welcoming.

The location was amazing. We loved having a balcony to chill out on in the evenings. The entrance was located in an alley, somewhat difficult to locate if you’re unfamiliar with the city. I’d recommend more detailed instructions and note that the rooms are located up a set of stairs in case you’re traveling with elderly people like we were.

What a beautiful CLEAN place the hostess are awesome she came to pick me up because I got list un the streets she when an extra Mile for me to be comfortable also to recommend a place to eat she is one of the best hostess I ever meet Clean modern the bed is VERY COMFORTABLE is one pice who’s is hard to find i Italy

Erica was very helpful throughout our whole stay, from communicating before our arrival, through to giving us recommendations on where to visit during our stay along with local restaurants. Beds were very comfy and location was perfect.

The location was central to the historic Palermo, east to access, clean, well decorated, with lots of amenities. Erika was super friendly and gave us some good advice on what to visit and where to find things.

Bed very comfortable, beautiful well maintained apartments. Host (Erica) lovely and helped us with reservations. Would definitely return. Be aware there is street noise but location is great.

The host was friendly, the bed was comfortable. Above and beyond all—the noise is horrible. It is impossible to sleep through the night. The neighborhood borders a rundown area. Although the host offers assistance..we did not see her for our entire stay. After investigating further, for the price there are MANY other options.

The room is super big and it has a small but very charming balcony with the city view. The hot tub was my favourite place of the accommodation. The bathroom is spacious, wel-organized, and clean. The lighting created an enchanting atmosphere. Great location and the host was super nice and all her recommendatios exceeded our expecations. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy and the bed was ok but the mattress not the best one. I hit my legs many times with the frame of the bed.
