Very friendly host. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We just didn't sleep well because the room wasn't well-insulated. We could hear other guests arriving and chatting in their rooms.

Perfect area, cozy apartment and super staff. The house has more flats, which I felt sometimes they could hear anything I was doing in my room.

Awesome location, a great host, spotless clean, advanced security, and the ability to store language after checkout. Long, narrow stairs, so you should be reasonably fit to climb there.

The location of the apartment was excellent to explore the city on foot. The host met us at the door and explained everything very thoroughly. The room had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep very well because we could hear everything the guests above were doing, including every time they went to the bathroom. We could also hear the TV of the room next door. We like to sleep early, so this situation didn't work well for us.

Super location. Very friendly owner, very flexible. the owner rents out several rooms. Unfortunately, the girls in the other room were very loud at night.

Room was prepared well, facilities are good. Location is not centre but it is OK. We recommend this room. We stayed 3 nights , everything was good.

Great location, close to everything, but still quiet. Gianfranco is a great host who was really helpful and accommodating! We liked our room and would definitely come back again. Unfortunately, there was no AC in the kitchen and it was really hot in there.

The location was very good, the apartment is well equipped. The host was helpful and polite. Unfortunately not something that can be fixed - the walls are so thin you can hear anything from the shared space or other rooms. Also there is noise from outside.

It is in the city center. The host was great. Looks the same as in the pictures. Thin walls so you can hear everything from other rooms. AC which is automatically turning off after some time is annoying during the night.

Gianfranco was very friendly and helpful. Especially the tips for food were AMAZING. We couldn’t have found better spots to eat. The apartment has a great location, you can get anywhere in Palermo pretty fast. We expected a balcony from the pictures but our room was unfortunately only facing a wall. So it was more a feeling of a hotel with shared facilities (the kitchen) which we didn‘t expect. The floor was not 100% clean, which we could tell after we took the first shower and stepped out barefoot. The shared area is kind of too small if there are 6 people in the apartments as there were when we were there.
