Perfect blend of location, value, comfort, and service. The location can't be beat- not too far a walk from the train station, and right on the edge of the best part of central Palermo, a quick walk to the Quattro Canti. Right on via Roma, but high enough up so that you don't hear the street noise. The room was great- mine had plenty of space and even had a little couch- a really great deal for the price compared to other places I stayed in during my time in Sicily. Check in was easy, and the hosts were also very responsive- they even fixed a small issue in my room quite late at night. There was a free bottle of water in the room when I arrived, and coffee (the machine is in the common area), which was a nice touch. Highly recommend. Nothing much to speak of- for the price you can't go wrong.

The location was perfect, the elevator was great, there is a lot of communication from the host, very quiet at night The bed was extremely uncomfortable & I would prefer the towels done every two days. We had to take a lot of showers due to the heat. By the third day, they just felt like they smelled.

claudia communication was excellent she made everything so easy from checkin to checkout. I stayed one night and the property was close to everything .

Great location! Walking distance to the historical district as well as walking distance to sea side walk. Check in was easy- location was close to train and attractions. Claudia our host gave great check in instructions and made our stay stress free!

Self checking was easy to do, instructions were clear and easy to follow . The room was nice. Location is great. And Claudia and her parents were very nice. The bathroom sink is kind of clogged and there is a weird sound that comes from the wall when you use the water.

The location was central to everything. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to this exact location. The hosts are wonderful and have become like family! NA

Claidia and her parents are very friendly. The room is cozy, clean and spacious, making it feel just like coming back home. It might be a bit noisy due to its location near the main street, but I still slept well.

The room was very quiet and clean and the personal was super friendly and helpful

- Claudia was amazing - Very central - Big room - Funny old elevator - We found the bed very uncomfortable (both mattress and pillows) - Can’t open a window because of the noise and pollution of the main street - Also inside the building lots of noise, especially toilet system and water pumps

The street is quite noisy at night, so I couldn't sleep well.

Beautifully clean, well looked after, central location, very friendly hosts. Even though 4 floors up, still some street noise late at night. Also, we found it very hard to park but eventually found a place near the station where we paid €20/night. It may have been a con but the car was still there and in one piece when we left.
