Loved the beds. Bathroom is great. The small balcony is cute. The 64 stairs that you had to climb was the only down fall. People were extremely nice. Breakfast area was lovely. 64 stairs to make it to the floor

Great location, great coffee shop downstairs Nothing

This was honestly an amazing place to stay! The location was absolutely perfect (close to everything but on a quiet side street) with great restaurants and landmarks around. Also it was super easy to get to from the airport. The room was a good size in a nice building, super well insolated (couldn’t hear anything outside), and with a very nice bathroom and bed. The shared space was also very comfortable and other guests were very respectful and quiet. The breakfast was nice and the staff at the cafe were super kind and helpful! Also Sergio was so kind, very welcoming, gave us amazing recommendations, and the rest of the staff were just as sweet. Couldn’t recommend better with a wonderful price/quality ratio! Nothing

In downtown. Short walk to all the restaurants. The host was super helpful. He helped us arrange a taxi from the airport and helped us find a "make a pizza" class. If I come back to Palermo, I'll be checking for availability here first. Thank you!

We had a great time here in Palermo. Sergio was an amzing host, the room was spacious, the location was fantastic and a 10 minute walk from the station. Whilst there isnt a lift here Sergio has installed a motorized luggage lift tobring your luggage up to the 3rd floor. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent and included a hot and cold pastry, a coffee and a juice, this is very generous based on what we had at other B&B's in Italy. Highly recommended

Very good location in a historic area. Contact with the owner was very thorough and complete. No issues for us. There are a lot of stairs up to the units if you have a problem.

Everything was great.

The free Breakfast is offered by a cafe right next to the Suites, very convienent. The choice of the break fast items are limited. Due to the Suites are located on 3rd floor (4th in American term) and there is no elevator, you have to walk up stairs. Your luggages will be lifted by the Suites' staff.

A well renovated, modern set of suites in a historical building. Proximity to Old Town Palermo. Within walking distance to the train station, many restaurants and many of Palermo’s attractions. Comfortable, well furnished room with a king size bed, a sofa, a fridge and an espresso machine. The hosts (Sergio and Francesca) were very helpful and very pleasant. They catered to all of our needs and promptly provided all the travel information we asked for. The suites are on the 3rd floor (62 steps up) and may not be suitable for older people or people with knee issues. However, the host kindly took our suitcases to our room and brought them back when we checked out.

Great location. Sergio and Francesca were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a cafe just around the corner. Within walking distance to major sightseeing sites. Facility uses ingenious pulley system to take luggage up to the third-floor landing.

Loved this hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with a typical Palermo breakfast. Francesca and Sergio were excellent hosts providing some fabulous restaurant recommendations and advice on the best sights to visit in Palermo.

We booked a Deluxe Room for 4 nights. We selected Zefiro Suites due to its central location, 10 mins walk from the central railway station and on a side road of Via Roma where local buses and buses to/from Trapani and other places can be taken. Rooms are clean and modern, beds comfortable, room size is ok. Furniture availability is puristic, e.g. no real wardrobe is available. Important for travellers is that the rooms are located on the 3rd floor, no elevator is available. Dependent on your physical condition, access might be difficult. Heavy suitcases will be hooked to a motor-driven cable and lifted upstairs. Breakfast is not on the room level as pretended (see photos on description) but in a coffeeshop down the road. Breakfast options are rather limited (actually the least satisfying on our 4-week Sicily roundtrip). Be aware that the installations are in an area with bars and nightlife until late. With closed windows and available airplugs the situation can be improved. BTW: No one was available at checkout at the agreed time.

Very friendly host, excellent restaurant recommendations, free water bottles in the fridge The air in the room was not fresh due to the small window leading to the inner courtyard, difficult to access for people with reduced mobiliy because the rooms are on the third floor without an elevator
