It was quiet, clean and right near main street Because of the scaffolding and the location there was not much sunlight

The location was great. I took the bus from the airport, and the stop was very close to the apartment, only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was close to all major sites and attractions! The apartment itself was large, comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Claudia was so helpful and easy to communicate with before and during my stay. She gave me great advice and recommendations about the city.

The location is central but somehow quiet, which is amazing.

Very pretty, stylish and spacious room. Very friendly host who provided detailed explanations about the appartment and on the city. Very close to shops, restaurants and just some steps from a bus stop to the airport and from the main sights. Highly recommended.

It's in Palermo's historical center, within walking distance of everything, as well as the port. The host was very kind responsive and even suggested us some parking options not too far (it's in the Limited Traffic Zone, something to pay attention to if you're driving in Italy). Although it's in a lively area, it's on a small alley just off the main one, so it was relatively quiet (except for one night when there was a larger party on the main street). The room is very pretty, and the whole building looks like what it is: an 18th century palace. There is a shared area with a large living room and kitchen, where you can make coffee or tea and enjoy some toast & jam offered by the host.

The location is fantastic. I could walk to all the places I wanted to visit in about 10 minutes. It is very quiet even though it is surrounded by vibrant streets full of people and noise. The room is described as simple and perfect for a single person. The description is accurate. Claudia is very friendly and responds within minutes to any question. There was nothing to complain about.

Very convenient location, the host Claudia was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Access to a full kitchen and private bathroom. Carrying around a batch of five keys to open many doors to reach the room. But just a minor inconvenience lol

Great location and calm accomodation despite it being at the center of the old town. Claudia was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend !

I didn't like the system to acceed to the room. Should call a number to unlock the first door but if I wouldn't have roaming how should I acceed to the room paid before my arrival?! Two of three phone numbers did not respond, I stayed for a while in front of the door of the building in the street with my luggage and was not happy (dirty dark street smelling urine). Finally could enter the apartment and the room. The traveller doesn't need such complications after a long journey. Host Claudia joinable only on WhatsApp and not all the time. Met her mother, very kind person. The room Retro? I felt as the servant of the palazzo. Too small, no facilities at all, one chair, one bed and some hangers. Used the bin as small table near the bed to put my phone. Room looking to an inside court yard so very noisy and smelling the kitchen from all other apartments. Acces to the bed is as in wagon couchette, by stairs, not comfortable at all, even dangerous. Don't recommend the room Retro.

The location was great, right in the middle of the city. The apartment was very clean and had no bad smells. The shower was hot and strong. The check-in process was complex, and after a long day travelling, I found it hard to work out. Ended up requiring multiple phone calls to the property manager. Floor in my room was not level, had a noticeable slope. Understand the building is centuries old, but a little unnerving.

The contact (Claudia) is quick in replying , and is patient and understanding. Always a way to communicate.

The b&b is very close to the historical center of Palermo. The retro single room is for one person only but it definitely has everything you might need. The bed is very comfy and the room was clean. The toilet is outside the room and it is shared with another guest but I never had a problem using it. The only issue I had was with the main gate keys. The keys were very old and used badly. It was quite hard to open the gate. They even mention on the house rule about the usage of the keys so I guess it is something they know. Apart from that my stay was 10/10.

Claudia and her mom are the perfect hosts. They were so friendly and helpful, it really felt like home. The apartment was really nice, clean and good furnished. I would recommend. Just a small information, the wifi is not so strong in the “Retro room”, but that wasn’t really a problem

Such a clean and beautiful apartment, excellent location, immediate and effective communication with the owners: Everything was great! There was nothing that I didn't like.
