Hotel Trinacria

Perfect location in the center of Palermo, very close to the pedestrian Historic center, but not actually in the center so you can easily access by car and they have an on-site parking garage, which is very convenient for your rental car. Property is spacious and beautifully designed, lobby, Public, Halls, and terraces the breakfast buffet is excellent and in a beautiful setting. The room was only average in size and quality, the shuttered windows (because of the hot sun)?made us feel closed in. The roommates itself is the least special part of this hotel experience. Thankfully, the lobby hallway is Terrace‘s breakfast room and parking garage are all positive.

Lovely hotel with beautiful clean rooms. Great air conditioning during the heatwave in June. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The inside paid parking was so great as it is right next to the hotel. The breakfast was also tasty and plentiful with such friendly staff!

Parking difficult to figure out. You literally need to turn left across the sidewalk, enter the hotel drive. After you check in the door at the end of the drive opens to the garage.

Great location, in house parking fabulous staff and AC Unfortunately the elevator was broken. However the staff carried our luggage up to our room and when we checked out they carried it down and put it in our car ❤️❤️

Location. Early check in was not possible but left luggage and came back in 90 minutes.

Great location on a quiet street close to Via Roma and historic centre. They even hzve a garage! The courtyard garden is axserenexand lovely place. Tgd invluded breakfast is fabulous, freshest food! The front desk guy ( forgot his name) was so so helpful and professional and gave us good advice and graciously did us a couple of favours too! Really nice. Woukx stay agsin. Great value too! A tiny bit dated furnishings and bed covers but not at all a bother. . All in all super

The friendly and courteous staff. Recommendations to restaurants and other city sights are very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to the city center.

The staff was amazing, we felt like we're at home. The receptionists spoke perfect English, and people serving breakfast wanted to make sure we got the exact type of coffee we wanted (shout out to Lucca!) The breakfast, while limited, was great and you it felt it was sourced locally. Location is near Teatro Massimo and close to the pier. The parking is available on site, in a secured closed garage. The room looks out into the hotel terrace, but window has good isolation and curtains for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, perfectly worth the price and we'd happily stay here again! To enter the parking you need to literally drive into the hotel lobby entrance - there was no sign, indication or instructions given for this so we had to circle a bit before asking the reception. It would be better if there was clearer information for this.

Lovely garden & rooftop Nothing

Italian ambiance. Excellent staff at front desk and breakfast buffet. Good location for walking to key areas. A special enjoyment was the beautiful breakfast buffet. A treat for the eyes as much for the stomach. Nadia was especially helpful in making us comfortable first thing in the morning w a tasty expresso.
