Location Noise: The toilet inside our room was connected to some sort of grinder that activate everytime the toilet is flushed. This grinder was as loud as an industrial washing machine. You will for sure wake up your partner if the toilet is flushed. If you restrain the use of the toilet during the night, do not worry, the grinder is connected to other toilets in other room and will start randomly during the night to ensure you will hear the roaring industrial grinder many time per night. If, by miracle, the grinder does not wake you up, the outside noise (bar's techno music, klaxon etc...) will take care of it. Towel : while clean, the towels were old, raspy and full of holes. Service: we saw nobody, and our question was answered when we returned to our origin country (2 days after) WiFi: poor, we could not connect from our room during our stay.

The roof top terrace was lovely with a great view. Changed bins. A 30min delay from getting the check in details. Bed was not made properly. Dusty and the tap and shower did not work all the time, including flushing the toilet and brown water. I should of check Google reviews before booking.

I stayed in this nightmare attic room and it was the worst booking which I have made. Mold everywhere, from walls to ceilings, making the air impossible to breathe, especially because it had 2 tiny windows. The stairs to the attic were ridiculously narrow and steep—I nearly bashed my head multiple times just trying to haul my luggage up, feeling like I was climbing into a coffin. Bedsheets were stained and crusty, clearly used by previous guests without a being washed as it was so itchy. The bathroom was an absolute horror show: tiny shower, modly, towels not dry and super humid, really horrible stay.

had issues with water and electricity… stayed four nights. one morning there was no water in the bathroom, so couldn’t shower or flush toilet. one morning there was no electricity or Wi-Fi. my last morning there was no hot water so couldn’t shower

Our room was called a deluxe room with balcony and had pictures of a terrace in the images section. In reality there was neither a balcony nor a terrace exclusive to our room. The wording is misleading and we were expecting more from the room while we were booking.

Location was great, room was quiet, fantastic view from rooftop, A/C worked and host was responsive. Shower was awkward with shower head at at angle not leaving room to move around and has cold water the last morning, but for location and price it was no biggie.

It is good for a one-night stay. No, it is not a B&B. It is less. More like a community tea room. There is one common area and in addition, and I saw three separate rooms ours being number one. It did contain a private bathroom, double bed, a small desk and pay for minibar. It is good for a one-night stay. I found a ball of hair on the bathroom floor.

Very pleasant stay, amazing location, close to all the amenities but also very quiet
-
It's an apartment on the 6th floor (with elevator)with a few rooms. Clean and quiet. Self-check in. Tea/ coffee inside the room. We came on Saturday night so parking on the street was easy and free starting 8pm through Sunday. Perfect location for sight- seeing and shopping.
-
Great location, very friendly staff, smooth check in/ out, all you can eat biscotti and coffee, available 24/7, nice 6th floor views over the city.

Good communication

The Rooftop was the highlight of our stay It didn’t have a private parking
-
It was clean. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. The plave is nice. Close to the theatres, shopping streets and neighborhood with nice restaurants where locals go. It was quite cold in January though you can use air conditioner to heat the room
-
Location, view. It is not easy, but you can get street parking close to property.

Location was good and cleanliness of room. Communication before arrival was good. Arranged a taxi to go to bus station upon our check out. Breakfast was iffy. Only served from 9:00-10:00. Left on an early tour the first day, so we arranged for cereal and yogurt to be left in our room, which was good. Next morning, Sunday, we got a text to go to a cafe nearby for breakfast. Only got 1 roll and beverage. Not satisfactory. Last morning of our stay was a normal Italian breakfast. Noisy at night.
-
Terrace, location (within walking distance of all main attractions), very thoughtful hosts who thought of everything Street parking almost impossible, but parking structure within 0.5 mile

The terrace garden on the roof is absolutely stunning, a wonderful place to view the city and the surrounding mountains. Our room was opposite a beautiful building and overlooked a square, easily viewable from the small balcony of our room. There was a mini fridge in our room, useful for water and snacks to prepare us for exploring the city. A lift in the building made our stay enjoyable rather than having to climb 6 floors (a huge benefit in the hot weather). Despite not physically meeting with the staff, our communication with them was great, and the room was tidied for us each day with toiletries and towels replaced daily. There was a coffee machine available 24/7, with a larger communal fridge in the relaxation room. The rooms are well decorated and stylish. Thank you for an excellent stay! There was a small amount of mildew in the bathroom, but that was only a minor issue. The shower temperature was a little temperamental, but we figured it out and got used to the fluctuations in temperature as we were only staying for 4 nights; it was not a massive issue for us. These are not complaints, but may need to be addressed later, so wanted to report them to you.
