During my stay, the room never was cleaned. Except the housekeeper, there is not body else in the building from the office or hotel company.

We loved our stay here - very clean and comfortable, great location, excellent breakfast. But the best part was the owner, Davide, who was so helpful, giving many excellent suggestions, maps, etc. such a warm and friendly place. We definitely recommend it! One of the air conditioners didn’t work very well in one of the rooms we had.

Davide is a friendly and helpful host. When we arrived, he offered a thorough overview of what to see in Palermo and where to eat. He was generous with his time whether it was to book a taxi, provide directions or offer suggestions. He also ensured that we had what we wanted for breakfast making for a great start to the day!

A perfect location for exploring Palermo by foot. Lovely big, bright and pristine room with a high ceiling covered with a beautifully-restored classical fresco. The staff were very helpful and the charming owner, Davide, made us feel at home and gave us excellent advice and directions for navigating the city. The breakfasts were first-rate also. Can’t imagine how this small B&B hotel could be improved.
