The locations is very good, close to the train station and bus station, but also you can easily walk to major landmarks. Good comunication and clear instructions. It was clean. They left complementary water in the fridge which was greatly appreciated in the hot weather.
-
Air conditioning unit is very slow and it takes a lot of time to lower the temp.

Great location. Nice room.
-
Excellent location close to the bus and train stations, good area for evenings out nearby
-
Clean and simple room, near train station, not far from central The kitchen could be open after the check in period… for need like cup or spoons sign not clear out side as I checked in at night…sign could make with gloves in the dark ink

Bedroom spacious good closet area space. Large bathroom. Close to train station. Staff helpful and kind. Very clean Elevator in building very funky and old

Our room was quite spacious, particularly for a hotel located in a city. It was convenient to tourist sites and transportation (train station). The staff, especially Emanuela, were very pleasant and helpful. We were a bit confused when first arriving, and got into the wrong lift. A bit of texting squared it away quickly.

I've heard I have to do self-check in. But the result was,,,the staff was there when I checked in although the bus was delayed for 2 hours. They waited for me.
-
if you dont mind the noise You will have noise from then inside and the outside. The door that separates the room, the upper and lower floors, and the rooms next to you are loud, and also the noise coming from the street

So this is not a hotel, but a Bed & Breakfast. It's one large hall with 5-6 rooms. The rooms were super clean and had all the amenities. The bed was nice. I think they're listening to the comments and improve themselves. We had no problems with the curtains, or AC, or with the refrigerator. All in a very good state. Location is close to everything. The shining star of our experience was Emanuela. We didn't expect this much of care from a three star hotel. She was a top-notch manager: Communicating via whatsapp, providing the extras we needed, helping us with our questions. She was simply great! What we didn't like regarding the hotel: - The photos look way bigger than the actual room. And other things that are not directly related to the hotel: - The neighborhood, despite being close to the center, felt shady at night. Maybe it's generally safe, but we didn't feel like it was safe. It was quite dirty as well. - The building was quite old, including elevator. But it was in general ok, kind of a different experience we'd say. Price/performance has a very big impact on our score with 8.

The location is great if you want to be in historical center near tourist sites, attractions, bars and restaurants. Also great location if you want to use local transportation (we didn’t rent a car), the bus and train stops are literally in front and you can get wherever you want. The building and the accommodation has rustic-Italian style/ architecture which we liked very much. Bed super comfortable and room very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you can feel odor from the bathroom but since the building is old it is to expect and we didn’t mind.

Big room (King room) in a very nice and big appartment. Very close to Palermo Central Station (trains and buses) and 10 mins walking to the old city center. Great mattress, high ceilings, good A/C and free Wi-Fi. We had no problems with other guests in the other rooms, didn't really see each other. Really nice and helpful owner and staff. Would definitely stay here again. The area didn't feel very safe late at night (after 10:30 PM). Very good croissants for breakfast - but only one per pers. :(

I liked it all

Very nice room with a small balcony 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again There was nothing I didn’t like

The property was clean and very central to everything. Nicolo and Adriana were wonderful hosts and looked after us well. They catered for my gluten free requirements with breakfast and were very accommodating with our arrival time. N/A

Being less than a five-minute walk from the railway station and slightly more from the main bus terminal, the location was ideal. The Norman Palace is a good twenty minutes away on foot and the Cathedral slightly nearer, while the fascinating and beautiful churches of the Piazza Bellini are half that distance away. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable Breakfast was perfectly ok and made a good start to the day. The room and ensuite was left without being cleaned for all three days. The 4th floor location and the entry system took a bit of getting used to

Believe the reviews - this really was a great place to stay in Palermo. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and conveniently located near the central station and a short walk to all the major sights. There was some street noise at night but this would be hard to avoid in this busy city. Our host, Adriana could not be more helpful and welcoming and the simple, tasty breakfast was the icing on the cake!
