Very nice hostess who gave me some tips at the beginning where to go and what to see. The room was nicely set up and very clean. Breakfast was very good, The walk to downtown is about 20 min, however there is no direct bus or train, so keep this in mind. The mattress was quite hard, my back was not happy. Also the hotel is extremely sound sensitive, so you hear everything from anyone two rooms down, so if you want to sleep in that is going to be hard.

Rosanna is very welcoming, accommodating, helpful, sweet, tried to communicate with us in English as much as she could. ( Which is her English is good) Breakfast is continental but delicious and she asks for opinions if you would like something else for the next day. The entire area is clean well decorated and modern. Walkable to major attractions

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was really good with lots of fresh pastries. The room was really comfortable and cozy too. Everything was really clean. Just a little far away from the centre as Palermo is really big.

The interior and room design amazing. The bed is very comfortable. The cleaness 100% perfect always. Rossana and Joseph are amazaing kind and helpfull owners. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Lovely building, comfortable clean room, delicious breakfasts, very helpful host. Nothing really, was a bit of a walk into the centre but then I enjoy waking and was good to see local areas where real people live.

A beautiful historic building a short distance from the city itself. Beautiful, tasteful and romantic rooms and a great elegant decoration of the breakfast room. Breakfast itself is served by the owner herself in Sicilian style, complemented by excellent coffee. The owner is very helpful and I congratulate you on the excellent service. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who likes great style. Thank you very much for the beautiful days in Palermo :-))
