The apartment were clean and tidy. It was very very noisy. You could hear the phone vibrate and ring from the other apartments. The walls are like paper.

The apartment is very modern and clean. All the necessities are available. Piero as a host is very helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment is close to central station, a bit far from the city central but within walking distance. The wall of the property is quite thin so sometimes the neighbors talked loudly, we could hear it

The apartment was very clean and fresh, and had a pretty view from the windows. The host was very welcoming, helpful and friendly! The location was good since it was quite close to the Cathedral area and the bus and train station. The AC worked perfectly which was nice during the hot days. There could have been more cleaning and dish washing gear/appliances, and the street and neighbourhood outside is quite dirty and messy.

We were a 2+2 family. Very clean and tidy apartment. Everything is practically new. Close to the bus station. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you you can hear noise from the street and other apartments

Butterfly rooms is perfect place to stay in Palermo. The host is very friendly, communicative, responding very fast and solving all the problems, also agreed for later check out. The area is really calm, you can have good sleep there as during the night is very quiet, also you are close to central station and city centre. Flat was new, clean, had everything you need during the trip (shower gel, shampoo, iron, hairdryer, kitchen). I can truly recommend this place.

We decided to leave early and they refunded us for one night. (We were supposed to stay for four nights but stayed only two). The manager was polite. It wasn't cleaned well. When we came we found other people's stuff in the kitchen drawers (used napkins etc). The kitchen and the bathroom weren't cleaned well, as well as some coffee mugs that had stains. The internet wasn't always working properly.
