Breakfast is simple but very good. Very quite and calm location. Although it's not the most beautiful neighborhood of Palermo, it's very calm and convenient if you need to go to the bus or train station. Facilities need to be more clean. Although sheets and towels were spotless, the shower and the floor of the room (specially under the bed) were quite dirty. Improving this would make the stay even better.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with excellent value for money. The spacious terrace was great. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the central train station, with plenty of small shops and amenities within 10 minutes on foot. Highly recommended! The neighborhood felt a little unusual at night at first, but we quickly got used to it and did not experience any problems during our stay.

It is good though if you are traveling to other cities since it is only 10/15 minutes walk from the Central Train Station. The staff is very kind and it is possible to have breakfast for any extra fee. The neighborhood of the apartment is not far away from the train station, but during night time does not feel very safe.

Nothing It was in an extremely unsafe looking part of Palermo. I would not recommend it to women travellers. The room itself was basic as shown in pictures.

The room was comfortable and everything worked fine. It’s a basic room that does the job. The breakfast was the worst thing about the stay as you won’t really look forward to it because its less than average and isn’t much option. Needs improvement and little more effort.

clean rooms, your own bathroom, nice staff, had breakfast but only very sweet things but if you like that i would recommend eating there. close to city center, station and stores. the neighbourhood was dirty and there was a lot of trash just lying around but many parts of palermo were like that so we didnt really mind it in the end and its also not the bnbs fault. felt a little unsafe to walk the streets around the bnb at night and i wouldnt do it travelling alone but as two people it was no problem.
