I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. There was breakfast provided and coffee, cookies, fresh water , juice etc. Silvia the host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo! :D

This is the cutest B&B I ever stayed at. Location was amazing. Staff was wonderful and so organized. Breakfast was perfect and we felt like we at home. The bed was so comfortable and we slept like babies. Cozy and happy feelings. Nothing. It was absolutely perfect and worth every penny.

it was very close to where all the other guests were booked and it was a safe area. Unfortunately I didn’t have much hot water during the stay but just needed to make dot because of my tight schedule between events.

Il Palchetto is in a great location in the historic downtown area of Palermo. We followed recommendations to use the B&B's parking and leave the car for three days and walk where we wanted to go. We did that and everything worked perfectily. Il Palchetto is safe, secure, and in a very nice building. The B&B is very well managed by Silvia. She does a beautiful job. The rooms are perfectly appointed, modern, clean, neat and tidy. The breakfast bar was amazing with wonderful fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and juices--and, of course, coffee. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Again, Silvia was delightful to work with. We look forward to a future stay in Palermo! Not applicable.

Il Palchetto is in a great location for exploring Palermo. Our room was pleasantly designed and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Everything is new and clean. A few more options at breakfast would be nice. The common area could have one chair that is a bit more comfortable.

Beautiful accommodations - clean, comfortable, modern, secure with elevator. Location is walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants, and shopping. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. Would recommend to others. Be aware that breakfast is self service and while ample does not include any hot or cooked foods.

Excellent service and care my staff members. Breakfast was very simple but great value. Especially liked the charming design of the room and superb detail to cleanliness. Room service/cleaning only available before 11am during our stay so we ran out of toilet paper.

This place is EXCEPTIONAL! There is not a single bad thing to say about this place. Silva is the perfect host and her property is as perfect as she is. Her recommendations for restaurants were spot on, as well as her breakfasts. I have traveled far and wide and this is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed at. The location was also excellent. There is a single negative thing about this property.
