Location great. Appreciated the balcony. Liked that the kitchen, while communal, was right there. We used the microwave and fridge. The three Flights of stairs are steep and narrow! You just need to be in good shape to carry luggage up.

Charming accommodation. Large, clean room with a balcony, anteroom, and a spacious bathroom, with typical Italian knack for details. Endless hot water with good pressure, good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed. The vibe is very nice and the location is perfect for a short tourist stay in Palermo. Hosts were kind and helpful. Not really a shortcoming, but the stairs in the building are unusually narrow and steep.

Amazing location in the middle of all the action, but totally quiet room. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to enter the hotel, but what are you gonna do, that's Italy. Staff was very nice, room felt like a mini apt and had a huge terrace! Would definitely stay there again. Might have enjoyed a little more breakfast options, but it wasn't a big deal

Location was good. But getting into the room and information about getting to the B&B could have been better Neighbors sharing the wall were watching loud tv until 1230am

The location was central, and it was easy to get to the main sights. The stairs make it important to travel light. Breakfast was good.

The location was nice, very central, and the room was comfortable. Alessandro and his staff were very helpful, it was great to have fresh pastries for breakfast every morning!

In the add in booking.com is announced that the accommodation offers parking which was crucial for us, however is not fully true, because the property does not own a parking lot, they just give you as a recommendation two that are close, which cost 25€ per day and where you have to leave the car key. In that part of Palermo is otherwise almost impossible to find a parking spot. If we knew this we wouldn't have take this accommodation. The bedroom has only one socket next to the bed having the lamp, so nothingelse can be plugged. No 24h reception meaning that you do the check in yourself. It is not difficult, but you have the owner asking you repeatedly by WhatsApp about your arrival and leaving time. Additionally, we had to send our passports via a photo through WhatsApp which is not protecting our data. Very early check in (10am), which you don't get to know until you booked the accommodation. We experienced identical situations in other "Bed and Breakfast" accommodations in Sicily, and we don't like it so much. The breakfast could be better, too much sweet options and no proteins and vegetables at all, only some fruits.

we arrived very early in the morning, Alessandro gave us very detailed instructions so we could let ourselves in. the room itself is very comfortable, the bed in particular was a dream after a long and tiring day . Very good location near the historical centre of Palermo

Good location

Lovely room when you arrived at it after climbing 70 marble stairs! The stairs were an issue for us as we are an older couple fairly fit but the height was exhausting to say the least?

The property was quite modern and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious. The balcony was cute and got great afternoon sun if you need to wash/dry clothes. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were super helpful. The location was excellent, so close to the Main Street with lots of restaurants and bars and close to shops too for shopping. It was nice and quiet since it was just off the Main Street. There were lots of stairs for the property, it was an effort to get up the stairs with our luggage. Manageable if you’re reasonably fit and can carry your suitcase though. The location seemed sketchy at first on the side street but we felt safe and comfortable reasonably quickly. Our bathroom was separate to our bedroom which was a little annoying. Also you could only lock the door from the inside with the key and since our bathroom was separate one of us couldn’t go out and not come back without disturbing the other person or locking them in the bedroom with no bathroom access.

Sonia was so very nice, the room was super clean and the bed was the best bed I ever slept in! The AC would only cool the bedroom very slowly, the breakfast was very monoton.
