SheralKes B&B

Love the location and staff! Some minor things could use some touching up in the bathroom. The facet is a bit wobbly and the bed was a bit firm for my liking, the bed is a preference issue. Otherwise, really great.

The check-in experience. We had to wait about 1/2 an hour for the owner to arrive and let us in into the room.

The location and staff far exceeded our expectations. They were both excellent!! The room size was good, as was the bathroom and the bed was a king and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was wonderful. They cleaned our room everyday, which we didn't expect. Very nice touch. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The only reason we didn't give the B & B an excellent rating for all questions was that we had to carry our bags up almost two flights of stairs (which we didn't expect), the room was a little warm and the street noise wouldn't allow you to open a window. Also, we had a hard time getting into the unit, mostly our fault, we were a little out of it after traveling 24 hours to get to Palermo. The owner was great and walked us through the process and even sent a friend to help us get in and actually helped carry our luggage. A lot of the trouble was us not knowing the area, culture or how this particular B & B worked. But again, the owner was excellent and helped us navigate the process.

Excellent location, in the heart of the historical center of Palermo. The host Giancarlo as well as Jesica (she makes the best cappuccino ever!) are really kind and helpful! The breakfast was great as well as the view! The room was very clean and well furnished. I especially liked the paintings hanged on the walls of this place.

The B&B is located about 6-7 minutes walk from Quattro Canti in the center of Palermo. My room at SheralKes was fresh, airy, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the towels were soft. The AC and internet worked great. Each morning there was a breakfast with coffee, pastries, yoghurt, breads, jams and fresh fruit juices. (There were no salamis or cheeses, but for the fair room price, this was not expected.). On my last day I was leaving early, before the breakfast time. Mrs. Giovanna kindly left a tray with pastries and jam in my room so I would have something to eat before getting on my early train. I would stay at SheralKes again. TV didn’t work …. Maybe the remote needed new batteries.

the breakfast could be a little more diverse

At first it was a little bit of a struggle to find the accomodation, but only because of some works on the path near the accomodation. From the outside and in corridors it looks like ordinary building, but when you get inside, thatvs totally different story. Everything is new and bright and the lady who was preparing the breakfast (delicious) was so lovely. Also, the shower in the bathroom was laaarge and lovely. Everything was brand new and beds were comfy. Also, the accomodation is very near to the center without being to loud at night. Many restaurants and bars near!

We liked the proximity to the main street, included breakfast and a very pleasant housekeeper. Very loud neighbors upstairs, child screaming and banging their feet at midnight.. but that’s not the landlord’s fault.

Located conveniently near the center When we arrived we notice a small leak when we flush the toilet, then we went out for the evening/night when we returned there was a little more water. By the next night the entire bedroom and bathroom was flooded

everything was perfect! Great location, close to all restaurants and shops. around 12minutes walk from the train station. Lovely, friendly staff and owner. Clean modern room. highly recommended! stairs and would be nice to have some hot food for breakfast

Staff was superkind and helpful, check in was online and fast, they were really nice, the room was immediately ready after I booked, my questions were answered immediately and kindly! Everything went really smooth, thank you. Everything was perfectly clean! :) Last morning they helped me to call a taxi. In the room it was a fridge, as a minibar. For my taste my room was a bit dark, but maybe it is only for me - in daytime you should use the lamp.

room and breakfast was good. area for breakfast was nicely laid out and bright. lady came in to do breakfast. room was a bit dark because the outside street is narrow so immediately opposite is another building. bathroom was modern and everywhere clean. self service check in was confusing. details had been emailed. entrance to the building was not promising. entrance to b&b was on 1st floor but up 3 short flights of stairs.
