Parking in the streets nearby was hard. The property is inside a really old building with really old elevators. The accomodations are really good, but the old elevators are a bit scary.

It had a beautiful roof top patio. This was the reason we booked it. We could only use the roof top patio from 8:00 until 10:00 AM. Very disappointing. It was impossible to keep the water in the shower. Bed was very hard. But host was very nice.

The accommodation is a large apartment with 4 or 5 individual rooms for guests. The building itself is decent and the apartment and rooms are very nice. The rooftop terrace has a nice view of Palermo. The owner (?) was a very sweet lady. The continental breakfast had a lot of tasty choices. We found street parking a couple streets away. The water took a long time to warm up but eventually did. A couple things in the room didn’t fully function but overall the room was nice. The neighborhood had quite a bit of trash on the streets between the apartment and the nearby tourist area although the area seemed safe.

The staff was great. Breakfast was lovely. The terrace was great. Walking distance to main attractions. Would stay here again Area was very busy and noisy even at night

Overall a very nice experience

The rooms were clean and comfy, the owner and the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast on tje terrace offered an amazing 360 degrees view of the city. The wardrobe is too small for a family of 3.

Small family-run pension near the center of Palermo. The ladies are very nice and prepare a fresh breakfast buffet every morning. All the main sights are within walking distance. Supermarket next door. Loved the balcony with views of the city, harbor and mountains.

Really friendly No access to the rooftop, it is 2 floor more up and you are not allowed to go there alone and only for the times when they have the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No heat so room was a little cold but overall, would definitely stay here again! Limited parking when arriving to room after 2000

Superb

The room, very clean and confy, was situated in an apartment at the 5 th floor of the building located near the city centre and the touristic destinations. Really pleasant and helppful hosts. Very good breakfast and the opportunity to serve it on the terrace upon the block, with great views over the city was really impresive. Nothing to be mentioned

Great breakfast, fantastic view from the rooftop. Should be cleaner, stained towels and bedspread,dirty floor, it is not easy to park on the street.

Very central location, easy to find, easy to find a free parking for our car. Our host Alberto and his mother contacted us well before arrival, they were easily accessible on the phone, etc. The B&B has a marvellous breakfast venue on the roof terrace, with a magnificent view on Palermo and its surroundings, including the sea.

The view was nice, the staff very friendly and easygoing, and the breakfast was fresh. We like to walk and the city center is just 20 minutes from the place. So sad we couldn't enjoy the terrace for breakfast, but the rainstorm made it inaccessible.

we really liked the location, very close to the Ballaro market. Breakfast was superb and the roof top terrace had amazing views. The lady serving breakfast was very accommodating and our host made our airport taxi for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The place was a little hard to find and is on the 5th floor. The guy who checked us in was not as friendly as his mother. But they were quick to come when we experienced a shower drain issue.

It is a centric place to see Palermo. The owner and staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the city. Despite not all staff speaks English they did a good effort to communicate! The breakfast was fantastic, on the rooftop with a great view. The beds were good and the room was very clean. Just 1 key for the doors.

The hosts were phenomenal tending to anything we neeeded. Hearts that were pure gold None
