The hotel room is clean and they did let us leave our luggages there after we checked out. 1) Their self check in might work for local Italians traveling, but it's a nightmare for international travelers who don't have access to reliable high speed Internet on their phones. And when you're stuck, good luck finding any help at the reception because no one is there. 2) They only accept VAT payments by cash so just having credit cards around wouldn't help you. 3) While their rooms might qualify as "private bathroom", the fact that you have to traverse the common hallway and use a separate key to lock/unlock it to access your bathroom means you really can't be too private when you try to access it. 4) The bathroom sucks in every way possible - the shower head holder is broken which means you have to hold it the entire time you take a shower; the shower space is so small that you can't even have the door closed when you shower. Oh, did I mention that the toilet flush powers up about every half an hour, so best of luck when you try to use your toilet continuously? I honestly don't know how this place gets multiple 10 reviews on booking.com. Lets just say I'd never ever book this place again myself.

This is one of the worst properties we have ever dealt with through this site. Do not book this property without reading their Google reviews., their instant WhatsApp messages are aggressive and borderline harassment to send a deposit instantly and given a precise time deadline of that day, 3 days out of arrival. Not allowing time to clear through bank transfer. Also asking to hold a preauthorisation before even arriving, which seemed extremely dodgy to us for a BNB., as this Is generally only done in hotels with a credit card. We felt like if we went to the property we would either be locked out and not allowed entry and unsafe. This is one of the worst properties we have ever dealt with through this site. They helped us immediately after booking with all the advice on how to reach the property from the airport, they also gave us the metro timetables and the names of the stops. The rooms are clean, the staff is very kind, breakfast is served in the room, the location is strategic, excellent value for money. Very satisfied with our stay at this property.
