Jennys place

Really centrally located. Jenny is very friendly and helpful! She did my laundry for me as the machine was out of order when I was there, which I really appreciated. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room was quite clean. The kitchen was only serviceable for coffee and tea. There was a musty odour throughout the apartment, which came back even after the windows were opened. The water pressure in the shower was practically non-existent, and the hot water was limited.

I love how clean Jennys Place was and it was a very welcoming environment that I felt safe to sleep in.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and the coffee was fantastic! The host, Jenny, was amazing — she welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. The location is in a multicultural neighborhood, with a strong presence of Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Indian communities. Some might find that unusual, but we felt completely safe and everyone was friendly and respectful. Just across the street from the apartment, there’s an incredible pastry shop where you can enjoy some of the best Italian sweets at unbelievably low prices. The walk to the city center takes around 15 minutes, which was perfectly manageable for us. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come again! Nothing.

We were picked up from the airport after midnight and were able to checkin late. We really appreciated the hospitality! The place looked good, was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The street was not that busy so we were able to sleep with the window open.

This beautifully decorated place is absolutely wonderful! We were welcomed as a family with two kids by the very nice host Jenny, who also introduced us to the best places to go in Palermo. The place is also very close to the train/bus station and to the historic center. An absolute recommendation!

Jenny is a fantastic host, extraordinarily friendly and helpful! The rooms are spotless, everything in great condition, and the place is in a very convenient location between the railway station and the historic centre. We would definitely recommend staying there. The only thing some people might want to consider is that the rooms are located on the third floor without an elevator.

I cannot recommend enough Jenny's place. From the very beginning, Jenny was SO accommodating to everything that I needed. The place is spotless and the room is great. It has everything that you might need. Jenny gives you amazing recommendations, and the place is in a great location. I will definitely choose Jenny's place next time I'm in Palermo. We loved this room! Jenny has added warmth and comfort with all the extras you need when traveling. Best shower, comfy bed, very clean, homey. Loved our stay!

Close to local amenities, town centre and public transport such as coach, bus, tram and train station - That it was on the third floor without a lift and being in a residential complex you could hear noises from other residents -

Everything was realy great. Location, comfort,cleanliness, Jennys kindness, accessories... Maybe mattress and pillow, but that is individual and we are use to another type of it. So, for most of people it is probably just fine..

The Room was really nice, well decorated. Toilet was in the room which was really comfortable. They cleaned our room daily and changed the towels. Location was good, 5-10 min by walking to center.

We only stayed less than 12 hours so it was a comfortable stay with two kids under 4. There was only a double bed and single and we booked for 4 people (2 adults , 2 small kids). We had to pay extra for a cot so we didn't but assumed there would be somewhere else for the kids to sleep.

We spent 1 night here at Jenny’s Place. It was amazing. Jenny met us early and got us checked in and let us leave our suitcases while we explored. The apartment was lovely with everything needed for a city break. Jenny gave us a map and explained the layout of the town, where the markets were and what to eat. Local knowledge is key when exploring. Within 5 mins from the property was the Ballaro market and the rest of the old town was on easy reach. The Central train and bus stations were a 5min walk away.
