around this hotel it is a bit messy, but it is close to the train station, so it is understandable.

Dirty, unpleasant, and not safely appearing area around the hotel.

The room was big and the shower The staff are weird they wake me up ro clean the room i say no they call me ask me if i want to clean the room i said i don’t want cleaning untill i leave they kept calling me everyday to clean

We had two adjoining, very cosy rooms for the three of us. The place was very clean and orderly. The noise from the water pump can be bothersome sometimes, otherwise, we had a perfect stay. Thank you! The funny escalator could accommodate one person only, no problem really.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the location is very close to a lot of other locations like Palermo station. Totally recommend!

The man at the front desk was very nice. He was the same guy who needed to come the first night at 11 PM to try to fix our air conditioner. The electronic check-in process was easy for our after hours arrival. The location, the neighborhood. It didn’t have a 24 hour front desk, but this may have been my fault. The air conditioning was terrible. We came in sweating and we left sweating.

The shower curtain needs to be replaced; it has mildew on the bottom. There was a dog staying there, barking a lot. The neighbourhood around the hotel was filled with garbage. Too much money for where this hotel was. And the picture of the hotel was put through a beautiful filter; it was very run down in real life.

My mother and I stayed at the Hospitality Hotel for a week to be close to my father, who was undergoing surgery at ISMETT in Palermo. Despite the circumstances, our experience at the hotel was truly comforting. The hotel is impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful environment that allowed us to rest and recharge. The internet connection was reliable and fast, making it easy for me to keep up with work during our stay. A special mention goes to Emanuele and Giuseppe at the reception — two genuinely kind and attentive men who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and supported. Their warmth and readiness to assist with any request were invaluable during a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hospitality Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo. It truly lived up to its name — offering genuine hospitality when we needed it most. Nothing.

Breakfast in the room (5 euros/person) The hotel is located in a quite dirty area. Unless we are here for business reasons, I highly disrecommend staying in this city for over 1 night for tourism reasons... depressive....

Close to bus/train station, walking distance (20 min) to old town. Not so loud, even it is close to the hospital, no ambulance was heard. We have room for 3 people, therefore there was additional bed in the second "room", so it was a little separate. The room looked nice and new. Palermo is full of trash, so at first the area does not look nice, however I think around the hotel it was safe. The windows was not really soundproof, but in the evening it was rather quiet area.

the location is near a very busy emergency hospital, therefore it can get very noisy due arriving ambulances.

The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. The room was comfortable and clean and the daily clean was thorough.
