Great location, outstanding staff and bountiful breakfast. Would have been all excellent ratings except that the hot tub/spa was broken. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean but everything is so outdated, the place smells of humidity, the ACs in the rooms are ancient and very loud, blowing air on the person sleeping closest to it. For a Marriott brand it was very disappointing.

This place should be condemned it is not as advertised at all the first room I was put into was total mold I instantly got a headache they put me into another room it had bugs I got so many bites on my body I could not sleep the whole night I had the room booked and paid for 3 nights I only stayed one we left early that morning and went to the singer by Hilton omg 1000 million times better Do not stay at Fairfield Marriott it’s a dump oh also the hot tub was broken did not work and the pool steps were out of water I’m sure the pool will be failing next the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life and I’ve stayed at many many hotels

Decent place to bring family/kids. Close to great restaurants and beach. Wouldn’t consider for romantic getaway. Comfortable beds (although one looked like it could use replacing-stained and a little dirty, but no bugs) fortunately they use mattress protectors. Very nice breakfast spread, plenty of seating area and helpful friendly staff.

So our sleep was ruined for the night. The front desk said they come out of the sewer. There must be a solution to this problem. You just need people who will not quit till they find it.

The hotel is nice and the room is comfortable, but the balcony was not clean, they left a can of beer from the guest that stayed before me. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.

For the price and location it was exceptional.
