Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

No complaints about anything at the four seasons

Clean but rooms could use an update. Service was inconsistent. Breakfast and beach staff were friendly and welcoming.

Property and facility was amazing. Not very hospitable. Some security guards and a lady manager were a nightmare to deal with. Extremely rude.

The beach location was nice. The beach staff were also sweet. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Lacked the usual four season feel. Besides the beautiful beach the resort looked like a four star hotel. The concierge replied at their leisure, at times not replying at all. They got our room bed request (twin vs king) mixed up on checking. I was looking forward to quiet time in the adult pool area but we had to share the pool with many children because the adult pool and part of the beach was closed for the Portugal team. We were not told before hand and no apology given. Same with the beach restaurant it was closed for renovation on one of the days we stayed with no apology or announcement. The steam room in the spa was out of order on our stay. By the way, there is no couples area at the spa, the hot tub and whole area are separate for male and females.

Our anniversary stay exceeded our expectations. The beautiful property and the genuine care shown by the team made our celebration truly special. We especially appreciated Zoe Gray for her personal outreach and thoughtful attention to our stay, Estefanía Paciotta for the beautiful handwritten note and anniversary arrangement, and Sheryl and Rosie for an exceptional couples massage experience. My husband said it was the best massage of his life. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. We look forward to returning.

The beach was unusable - seaweed/kelp all over the beach that was not removed. The service at the restaurant and the pool was consistently slow.

The Four Seasons West Palm is a first class experience from beginning to end. They exceed expectations when ever they can, what more can you ask for !!!! Looking forward to returning
