Clean room, very nice view, friendly staff.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. It was a nice getaway while moving my daughter into her apartment for college while I was in Florida. I plan to stay again in the future.

I love how clean the room was and it smelled great. Beautiful beach front view and comfortable balcony seating. Only issue was the AC seemed out in the lobby.. very muggy and humid, other than that, room was great and cool, wonderful staff, very comfortable stay, complimentary wine upon arrival, perfect private beach access, plenty of parking and choice of valet. Didn’t try any of the restaurants or spa services this time, but will check it out next time, I would love to stay here again,

The location right on the beach was beautiful The rooms were a little dated and the restaurant was not open

Yes the balcony is amazing view ,the bar ooens late and close early

Our stay was relaxing the front desk attendant was very kind an patient with me and my husband we are not very tect savvy. I forgot to get her name. She was a breath of fresh air. Looking forward to returning soon

Very quiet, nice, and relaxing gem. Perfect location

It was ok. Definitely not Palm Beach standard, but it was the dead of summer. We used the pool in the evening and the next morning our dirty towels were still where we left them along with all the other towels soaked from the rain. The staff in general looked at us like they weren't sure what we were doing there and it took 30 minutes to get an umbrella set up on the beach with zero service afterwards. There's also no ice machine or microwave and the restaurant closed early and charged $22 for a poorly made cocktail in a plastic cup. We were glad the Four Seasons was next door so we could get proper amenities and service at least for dinner and drinks. That said, the beach was of course lovely and Benny's is just a 10 minute walk on the sand for a proper breakfast. I am assuming that in season it is a better experience, but I was not impressed.

Private beach was really nice and quiet There were issues with electricity all the way.

The hotel rooms had mold in them. It was like a ghost town there!

Room was clean front desk staff was kind

This hotel has seen better days, maybe cause it was summer, the whole trip was underwhelming and there were little things missing everywhere. Would not recommend for the price.
