Location!!

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel air-conditioning in the room didn't work, and I wish they had microwaves in the rooms

staff, had to remind cleaning, had to check ojt early very rude and responsive, deal woth 3rd party, dodnt even tey to help

Everything is good

The gym equipment need to be upgraded

Close to beach and pool and lots of chairs and tents Next to a nightclub opened till 4am

We liked everything!

The location #1 access to beach and restaurant are walking distance. For the price this property is not even close to a 4 star hotel!!!! I expected more!

Outdated rooms. On last day housekeeping knocked on my door before 9 and opened the door even tho I had my hangtag on the door to not make up room. That was not appreciated as we had until 11 to check out of the room and I really needed the extra sleep time.

The courtyard and pool areas were very clean and nice. The resort is directly on the beach, which is also a huge benefit. The lobby was clean. The building and hotel rooms were outdated, the staff was not always friendly, and part of that may be because we had the all-inclusive package. The bartender for the lobby bar was late to her shift on Monday June 1st. The bar was set to open at 11 AM but the bartender was not there by 11:05 AM. I know that seems like a very small window of time, but when you check out at 11 AM and would like to grab one last drink in your own inclusive package, you hope that somebody will be there to assist because you’ve paid quite a bit of money for that privilege. At the Oceanside bar, the servers were polite, but the bartenders took quite some time to get us drinks. Again, this could be because we were in the all-inclusive package. I’m not sure if that’s common practice. One bartender in particular, Hamilton, was very standoffish and impolite when I ordered a “Diet Coke with vodka“. Me not having ordered it as a “vodka Diet Coke“ send him into a tizzy. He was sarcastically laughing and rudely saying “ok so what do you want? You want a Diet Coke or you want vodka with Diet Coke??” Considering that they move at an island pace, you would expect he would have taken the time to process the words I was saying before responding so hostilely. If he had just waited a mere second more to process the words, he’d have known what i wanted to drink. The irony is that he was rushing to start slowly making a basic cocktail and being impolite during the process. That was on day one of my stay.

Holiday Inn resort has a great location to all the shops, restaurants, and people. On the resort, the staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. The beach was right there. The restaurant in the bar was great when we didn’t wanna leave the property. Some parts of the beach had a funny smell.

It was not possible to keep the toilet sit up. They need to fix that The bathroom….some of the staff (towel hub, restaurants) was rude. They did not “honor” the reservations (well actually we paid 40 for a beach “umbrella” and often we found other people sitting there!

Can have a much better gym

Location is central to all the restaurants It’s old and dated. Overpriced for the facility. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was stuffy and bathroom was old and noisy.

Rooms were dated but clean. Outside noise at night (cars racing) was crazy.

Location is nice. Beach was well maintained. Be was comfortable. Convenience to town was the great Rooms and pool area were dated. Rooms weren't dirty but so dated that they did not seem as clean as we would have liked. Shower had mold. Chairs in room had stains etc.
