Little noisy from street traffic. Bed ok but not great.

Don't judge The Inn at Palm Springs by its location—it is a wonderful, peaceful place to relax. From check-in to check-out, the staff was beyond amazing and made us feel like total VIPs, even gifting us a complimentary wine of our choice upon arrival. The rooms are well-equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and a small futon couch perfect for kids up to age 12. We loved the cute courtyard for relaxing in the evening and the perfect pool setup, which comes loaded with toys for kids and adults alike. They even let us stay and enjoy the pool and amenities long after check-out! Location-wise, it’s just a quick 2-minute drive to the main strip and includes a delicious complimentary breakfast at Rick’s Restaurant nearby. As a bonus for EV drivers, they have one on-site charging stall (first-come, first-served, so be mindful of others). For the price and the exceptional, personalized care we received, I highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly, kind and helpful staff

Loved my stay! The inn itself is located in a quiet part of Palm Springs and not far at all from all the stores and restaurants downtown. I loved how they modernized and tastefully decorated the rooms. The coffee machine they had there was clutch as it had groundworks and La Colombe coffee, and it saved me from trips to the local coffee shops. They also gave me a voucher for a free breakfast at Rick's restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely come back.

Great receptionist! Gave a tour and suggested restaurants. Bottle of wine and breakfast coupon was a bonus. Cute retro hotel and the sheets were sooooo soft!

Free breakfast available at Rick's down the street. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Rooms were good and clean. Comfortable bed. Pool was also nice.

Property is a kind of old one and bed is making noise. Bathroom is shower only and shower head is on the ceiling and straight down and little dark.

Staff were so kind and helpful! Nice coffee service, we didn't use the breakfast coupon, but it was a nice touch! Very clean.

There’s a heated pool that’s a good size for a small hotel. The grounds are in great condition with lots of plants and sitting areas. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but they give you vouchers for breakfast at Rick’s restaurant which is just a quick drive. The food and the service at Rick’s were both great. We had a Signature King room that was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was daily maid service. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and large closet. The only big negative is the shower. It is functional. The shower head comes down out directly from the ceiling. It’s cheap low quality workmanship that detracts from the care that was given to the other renovations in the room and the hotel.
